In November myself and neighbour reported a repair. After a storm blew out two fence panels and the other 4 were rotten and ready to come down
Today yes 2 months later 2 men arrived with only 2 panels
But the other 4 are rotten and crumbling.
They are aware of this but even though the contractor has told them they all need replacing only 2 were being replaced.
Another storm or strong wind will blow the others out.
I only hope when they do they don't come down on me or my dogs. As then legal action will be taken as failure of duty of care.
I suffer pdsd and this is causing stress I don't need.
Why the manager thought it ok to change the recommended advice that all 6 panels needed changing to only change 2. Is beyond me. I hope they are not putting cost above safety.
Poor service Flagship/Newtide very poor service.

The team at Flagship was outstanding from start to finish. I had number of conversations and email exchanges with Carly Horne and she was always a treat to deal with.
Thank you for all your help and assistance Carly.

I have lived in a Flagship Community for over 4 years. The management owes 82 different properties in several states. There are so many problems as a homeowner, but there is no maintenance schedule for the rented trailers and they certainly don't fix anything. Working here would be hazardous to your career. There has been about 4 property managers and 4 or 5 maintenance men since I have lived here. If you are considering to either buy or rent a trailer from Flagship, don't. If you want to work here, don't. Run, run far away.

Honestly since covid this company has fallen off face of the earth lack of action to repairs is shocking even bookings don't turn up I mean I've had to do repairs myself

Flagship manage the common green area behind my (privately owned) property, and for over the last year have failed to do any maintenance to the tree in that area. It has become vastly overgrown, now growing above and over my roof, and yet they, as usual, keep dodging any and all responsibility for the tree that is on their land.
They instead expect me to pay for the branches over my property line to be removed, which has been quoted in the multiple £100s, and would solve the issue for all of a few weeks before they breached my property line again! One company even refused to quote, stating that "the entire tree needs to be managed".
The lack of accountability Flagship have is sickening, and goes to demonstrate how they have no care for the communities that surround them, unless they can make a quick buck off them. They have a notoriously bad reputation around my town, and actions like these further damage that reputation.
Wouldn't trust them to manage a lemonade stand under a lemon tree, they'd still manage to mess it up. Steer well clear of Flagship, and any areas they own/manage property in.
Edit to the response: Thank you for informing me of this, but it doesn't explain why the team in question hasn't been able to relay this information in months, insisting I need to get the work done myself, or the fact that the birds present fledged months ago and no action has still been taken. I won't be changing my review score because it is still indicative of my views and to this point no action has been carried out still. If, because I still refuse to hold my breath on this work actually being carried out, the issue is addressed I would be willing to give a more positive score, provided work is carried out in a timely manner. As we are now in the winter period, there should be no further delay in address this, right?
Update: I was called Feb 2025 to be informed "work would be done" this year. No date, not even a date range, given. Even though Flagship themselves responded to this and STATED THEMSELVES, as you can see below, work would need to be carried out in Winter. When I asked what would happen should birds nest in the tree again before it was dealt with, and was told, to paraphrase, "these things happen". This company proves time and again it will do what it can to avoid spending a single penny, and to take any form of accountability. Absolutely atrocious, I'd stay away from the company like my life depended on it if I could. Would rate 0/5 if possible.

We have just completed on purchasing the rest of our shared ownership in Newmarket with Flagship.
Carly Horne helped us through the process always keep us posted on what was going on.
Her help was very much appreciated and her knowledge.
We have also found flagship housing in dealing with any issues we have had very helpful.

My wife and I went to the new build site in Bacton Suffolk with an interest in buying a new 3 bed detached home. We’re needing to upsize and relocate due to family demands. The homes appear to be built well and care has been taken, HOWEVER… this comes at a cost and a premium. There are several other builders very close by in the village whose homes are noticeably cheaper and the build quality isn’t worse, the finishing touches are the same and all offer air-source heating. My wife and I were on board with flagship due to their ethos of all profits are recycled back into building affordable homes for people
Struggling to get into the housing market.
Flagship basically are selling homes for a huge mark up and clearly are trying to get as much profit as possible never mind their company
Values and goals stating the opposite. There are no incentives on offer, no deals
To be done but unless your face fits or buying a home they want you to buy. We have been reliably told that other buyers have been offered some great incentives but that’s because they were buying homes of £500k upwards. Avoid the site and put your hard earn money into one of the outer builders who clearly value customers, appeared the housing crisis and financial crisis.

Flagship only care about themselves. They do not care about residents. They want to demolish our privately owned homes on Abbey Estate making a large number of residents homeless as we can not afford houses elsewhere or are now to old to getba mortgage!

Carly Horne is an absolute credit to Flagship. Carly helped me throughout the sale of my shared ownership property and was amazing. She is so helpful and knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you

Highly recommend flagship! Great properties and great service throughout!
Very responsive and helped with everything I asked about.
I recommend Carly HorneSales Advisor ‑ Shared Ownership/ flagship homes. It may have taken nine months to get to completion but between me contacting Carly and her working on my behalf we got there eventually, without her help I don't think we would have succeeded. Once again thank you very much Carly for all your hard efforts.

I live next door to a social housing property, last year they had a bathroom upgrade when the supervisor looking after the project drove his vehicle through my fence, he knocked on my door and told me that it would be replaced the next week, unfortunately I’m still calling to get it sorted.
For a company the size of flagship that’s very very poor.
Thanks for your reply, I filled in the request for more info but I still haven’t heard anything?
Another 4 weeks after your promise to get someone to contact me and still nothing!

Can only recommend Flagship!!!

The house is lovely but the shameful thing is that Flagship got their hands on it! The quality of their work is atrocious and they are actively ruining their own properties by letting people who have no idea what they're doing work on them.
New build home which Flagship have -
- painted badly in beige (it is no longer the 90s - you should be painting everything white if you have to paint it). They overloaded the roller which has left thick globs of paint marks everywhere! Not only that, but they painted some walls using a brush, thus leaving brush marks everywhere too. The walls look textured and disgusting because of their shoddy paintwork. I would have appreciated it if Flagship didn't bother because it will take a lot of sanding to get this looking decent again.
- filled holes using chunks of filler which they never bothered to sand down but instead they painted over it. Again, looks horrible and walls look 3D. And again, they shouldn't have bothered as their involvement just made things worse.
- left strips of masking tape on the wall for some reason, which they then painted over. WHY?!?!
- caulked over all the sockets in a new build and made them look hideous. It is a newbuild, everything is already flush, there was no need to do this. PLEASE stop interfering with your properties - you are ruining them!
- left paint marks on the carpet, got matt emulsion paint on the skirting, door frames, and banister, scratched the skirting.
There are other issues too all caused by Flagship themselves.
I have to rectify this shoddy work at my own cost and time. And as I am slowly correcting their work I keep wishing that they would have just left it all alone.
I hope I never have to rely on Flagship for anything serious in the future as I am sure they will fudge it up.

Glorified Slum Landlords with increasingly disgusting tactics to further their lust for profit.
On top of everything already mentioned on the low star reviews, they now close complaints about repairs and upgrades not carried out, without consulting tenants first or completing the work, and they say that they don't allow tenants to complain about the same issue again.
Nor does it look like the third stage tenants tribunal complaints stage exists anymore, even if you could get that far, as it's now a 'simple two stage process' where one of their 'managers' is now the end of the line.
This forces tenants to either give up, or try the Housing Ombudsman Service, using their 'landlords lack of response' option as their only hope.
They think so little of their rent paying tenants, that they would rather risk the Ombudsman, and further legal actions than do the work on their own properties that they are legally contracted to do in their tenancy agreements.
Please disregard any disingenuous and patronising response here from the Flagship damage limitation squad.

Just bought 100% of my shared ownership, a good service from flagship over the years. Although when I had issues with the building itself such as the lock on the main door not working and the halfway lights, they did sometimes take a while to come out and as we are paying for that service I feel it should have been quicker.
So on that I would have given a 3, but I gave a 4 due to the excellent communication from Carly throughout the years, and especially recently during the purchase of 100%.
Thank you
