I had one of the bests shopping experiences ever, since the very first time the customer team from Flashbay were in close contact with me both by phone and by meail. I needed to get the USBs in a short time but thaks to this ligtspeed communication there was no problem whatsoever, even with all problems that are going on with shippings due to COVID-19 I had a fast shipping.
I just can not tell how glad I was to choose their service, next time my company need USBs I will get back to them.

My first time ordering with Flashbay - and am amazed at their professionalism. It was easy to browse the catalog, all customisation was possible - they sent sample of products upfront so I could make an informed decision. I also really like all the automation - updates of where the products are in the shipping process, follow-up emails and checks. Will definitely be ordering again.

This company gives excellent service and great communication. Everything was done over email with fast replies to any question we had. The whole process from choosing the product to the finish was very smooth. The quality was of high standard and packaged and delivered safely and in good condition.
