From the first contact everything went as promised, the delivery was 2 days before the scheduled delivery date and that certainly helped me

Flashbay have been incredibly easy to deal with. Initially I was put off by the sales person who had my phone number as I was hounded for a few weeks. However, he left and I was passed on to a really knowledgable and helpful sales person called Sean. He has been very patient with timescales and deadlines and me needing to change things. Flashbay have been very good at meeting internal brand requirements, making sure our brand guidelines are followed exactly.

Delivery was very quick and by our deadline, even though I was very late getting data to them.

The finished article was packaged incredibly well and securely. The USBs look good and do the job perfectly.

I would not hesitate to use them again.

Really good quality USB keys for a very affordable price! Service was perfect and very professional. USB keys arrived in less then a week! Super happy :)

We ordered a smaller order (100) of USB sticks w/ printed logos for our office. Customer rep Sofia was incredibly quick in providing us with various mockups and easily reachable on the phone to discuss options and answer questions. And the memory sticks arrived in record time, ahead of schedule! Ch. what a pleasant experience!

wasn't sure that my little order of 250 was going to be large enough to make enough waves for Flashbay to work hard given the weight the prime clients had. No worries, Anders worked double time to get the proofs to me and choose an appropriate USB stick.

The service provided by the company was great. I especially liked the samples, it was very nice to see and feel the USB prior to order them.
