Flat Pack Charlie Reviews

Arrived on time with relevant PPE. Worked quickly and efficiently, items built to an excellent standard and placed where required in the room. Very flexible as one item we ordered when opened wasn’t the correct item so adjusted our payment. Would definitely recommend.

So please with the work carried out.
Needed a 3 door wardrobe with built in drawers building which I would never have managed.
Took Paul an hour and a half.
He was professional, respectful and I really appreciated his attention to detail, providing his own protective shoe covers and even folding down the boxes so they could be easily recycled.
These little details show that he takes pride in his work and I happily recommend him to everyone.

Paul, (Flat Pack Charlie) was very professional from my first contact with him. He was prompt, hard working and very tidy. He knows his job. With one or two minor problems in fitting it all in the room, he offered solutions and consulted at every stage to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. If only the old house had a level floor, it would have made his job easier, but no worries, it was not a problem to Paul! If you want flat pack putting together, get Flat Pack Charlie and you will not be disappointed.

Cannot fault Paul's service. Arrived on time and was very polite and courteous. So pleased with the work he carried out (assembled my walk in wardrobe in my spare room) Would highly recommend.

Paul arrived in a timely manner and was professional and friendly. Not only does the wardrobe looks fantastic, Paul organised the packaging into recyclable and non-recyclable which made it easier for me to dispose of it. A brilliant service.

The service provided by Paul was excellent in all respects. He was clean and tidy and very courteous. We would certainly use him again and we will be recommending him to friends and colleagues.

I cannot rate Paul highly enough for the wonderful work and overall service he provides. His expertise and professionalism is first class and at a very reasonable price
Highly recommended and we already have plans to utilise hus services again shortly.

Wow, What a tremendous service I had been let down by Flat Pack Amigos not turning up and called Flat Pack Charlie. They rearranged their schedule and helped me out. Service professional, personal and first class delivery. Thanks again.

Paul was absolutely excellent! Great communication, tidy, polite and did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again.

What a lovely chap, he understood my sons disability as it was his wardrobe he was fitting. Would recommend him to everyone, never knew in all my struggling days that these men existed. Well done Paul and many thanx

I’m so impressed, Paul did a great job putting together three Ikea chests of drawers, he even noticed that a set of drawers we thought were broken had been assembled wrongly so he fixed it. I would recommend him to repair any flat pack furniture that you think might have seen better days.

He kept the recyclable rubbish separate and tidied up after himself. A thoroughly wonderful service that I can’t recommend highly enough.

Was very impressed with the service from Flat Pack Charlie. Did a fantastic job of putting up a wardrobe and bedside table within a couple of hours and attached The wardrobe to the wall. Flat Pack Charlie is very helpful and also tidies up afterwards. Excellent customer service and would thoroughly recommend. Thank you.

Punctual, did a great job, clean & tidy. Highly recommend and would have again.

From start to finish -
I was so impressed with the professionalism and workmanship that this guy has shown
He put together a wardrobe with out any instructions and had to remove a skirting board to make it fit
And all with a smile 😊
Would definitely recommend flat pack Charlie any day of the week 👍🏼

After hours of trying to assemble an IKEA sliding door wardrobe, we finally gave in and looked for help. We came across Flat Pack Charlie and from the first point of contact he was so helpful and efficient. He arrived promptly, was incredibly friendly and did a fantastic job. Will recommend him to absolutely anyone and will most definitely get him back for any future flat pack purchases! Very happy!!

Paul came to put up our 4 door wardrobe as we have struggled in the past + we are occupied throughout the day and did a fantastic job! The wardrobe looks amazing. Will definitely be asking him to put up our toddlers' wardrobe and any other items in future. Excellent price, arrived on time and was all around friendly. Thank you Paul.

Absolutely astounding and astonishing service conducted both in quality of fitting, workmanship and professional nature.
Efficient and effective in every aspect and the work was completed ahead of schedule and to an extremely high standard whilst maintaining the highest quality of cleanliness and respect for the property.
I would recommend Paul to absolutely anyone and would be prepared to give direct feedback if required

I cannot speak more highly of Flat Pack Charlie. Paul arrived on time, discussed the work to be done (2 x Ikea, 3 door wardrobes) and quietly got on with the job, completing it swiftly. When it came to organising the wardrobe innards, he even suggested I tested some of my hanging clothes in the wardrobe to get the right height for the hanging rail. I didn't realise that the wardrobe also came with some 'baskets' but this addition wasn't a problem to Paul. His knowledge saved me considerable time and effort. A bonus was that the price was very reasonable. Well done Paul.

Amazing service, super quick and very efficient. He worked through extremely hot weather and we couldn’t be happier with his work. Very reasonably priced too. Couldn’t recommend him enough.

Also offers a disassembly service too which we are definitely going to use when we move.
