My order was not delivered at the good date

My order was not delivered to the good date. I asked the delivery for the 23rd the date of the anniversary of my sister and it was done on the 25th.

Important delivery for a 25th birthday

Important delivery for a 25th birthday, got an e-mail at 3pm to advise me wouldn't be delivered until the following day of the original delivery date. On phone for 1:30 hours before I was able to speak to someone. Awful.

Happy Customer

I have ordered from Bloomex multiple times and have never had an issue. Flowers have always been beautiful, delivery has never been an issue, and I love the abundance of options and prices.

Customer service second to none!!

A few issues with delivery but Bloomex reached out and made everything right!! There has been great communication and support throughout my ordeal. I cannot complain about the customer service representatives as every one of them have been under standing, caring, respectful and supportive each time I reached out! Very pleased with the end result!!

Finally great customer service

I’ve been dealing with this issue for over a week, and I appreciate your assistance. Once I joined the live chat with Sam, what had taken more than seven days to resolve was settled in under nine minutes.

I also want to acknowledge Derek, the customer service agent who initially referred me to the live chat. He took the time to identify that my emails weren’t reaching the company for some reason.

Derek documented everything to help Sam provide the quickest service possible.

Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I truly appreciate it!

I will say the the other customer service agents probably need to be updated on proper procedure to refer clients to alternate communication needs to get issues resolved quickly

Great Florals and Service

Very user friendly website, great prices, can ship basically anywhere, fast delivery, gorgeous florals and huge variety of arrangements to chose from. I also had to use the customer service chat and Sam was extremely helpful and efficient. Very good website to order from!

Very disappointed with this Bloomex

Very disappointed with this Bloomex, they send completely different flowers from what l ordered. What a terrible experience. Butch of thieves, stealing people's hard earned cash for nothing!!!

Delivered date is not important for the seller

The web, the description are good and clear. One thing that I need the improvement is the communication when the delivery date doesn't match with my demand. As the flower needs to delivered in fresh condition, so it should be delivered on the need date but not one day in advance during the winter. I ordered it for delivering on Saturday for a funeral ceremony, but it was delivered on Friday. I called them and they said that if it was not delivered on Friday, it should be done on next Tuesday. It's unacceptable for me.

I would have given zero stars if that…

I would have given zero stars if that was an option. Very disappointing experience. Ordered an arrangement to celebrate first Christmas in a new home for a family member. The arrangement was never delivered. When I enquired a couple of days later I was told an investigation had been started. A week later still not response. I again contacted customer service and received the same scripted response. I was reassured my business was valued and they appreciated my patience as they continued the investigation. I finally received an explanation that the arrangement was not delivered due to courier error and I was offered a bouquet instead of the original arrangement as stock was low. I replied that would be fine...still nothing. It's been 3 weeks since the original order and I again had to contact Bloomex to get an update. I requested a refund. I no longer have any trust that the company can deliver on their promises. If you have a special occasion that you would like to celebrate with a floral arrangement I would NOT ever recommend you use Bloomex.
