Terribly Disappointing

This was honestly the worst service I witnessed in a while.

Did we receive the right bouquet? No, the flowers we ordered were bright pink with white highlight florals. We received a bouquet in greyish green and purple that looked like it was dying.

Did it arrive on time? No, apparently "I wasnt home" even though I spent three hours waiting and expecting the bell to ring any minute. The cake from a different delivery service arrived during that time just fine.

And finally, the customer service was a mess. I called to explain the situation and was told "they will talk to the flower shop and find a solution" but the email we received said "the receiver said they couldn't pick up the flowers and asked for another delivery"... I wasn't even made aware in the phone call that a pickup was an option.

What an absolute waste of money and time... all that trouble to now own a bouquet that is better suited for halloween than a birthday.

They cannot deliver.

They cannot deliver.
Either the date or the adress is not possible - or the flowers just do not arrive.
This "service" has become so bad in quality and in management over the years, that I will never order there again.
What a shame to run a good name and company into the ground. Look at how many bad reviews they have - and they don't even care.

Amazing service

Amazing service! I ordered a bouquet literally 30 min ago and now it has arrived at the final destination. The service brought joy and smiles, so I can gladly recommend.

Bouquets may differ from images but good aftersale service

I ordered a flower bouquet for my mothers birthday for €43. However, the bouquet that was delivered was much smaller than the one advertised on the website. So I sent a complaint via their contact form and they explained that the number and type of flowers that make up the bouquet corresponds to those available for the given price on the given day at the actual partner shop that does the flower arrangement and delivery. So there can be discrepancies.
While this is not ideal, within 2 hours of the complaint I had a response and as compensation they gave me a €20 discount voucher valid for 3 years. So that's pretty good, although in a way, I would have preferred a bigger bouquet.

No even worth shipping cost!

Not even worth the shipping cost!
Bought a monstera Monkey in a pot and got a very dead half eaten plant with a pot with holes in it!
The plant was dehydrated, with pest bite marks and really old.
Do not buy any coupons as this will be lost money! The customer service is quick but very dismissive.

Total rip-off, like everything else these days...

My friend and colleague is lying critically ill in hospital so I thought I would send some flowers to brighten up his day. What did I get for my SIXTY EUROS I spent at this company? A tiny little pot of flowers that took 48 hours to arrive at the hospital.

Yes, at Fleurop (flop, more like), a supposedly XL order of flowers equates to what you would get for about 2.99 in a supermarket.

You don't get the quantity for your money and you don't get speed either. For 48 hours I had no idea as to the status of the delivery and no one answers emails during this time. I didn't even get an email to say they have been delivered! I only knew this because my friend came out of his coma and told me. Yes, a critically ill patient is a BETTER COMMUNICATOR than FLEUROP.

This is a SCAM, pure and simple. You are MUCH better off buying some flowers yourself and delivering them personally as this company doesn't give a damn about customer service and doesn't deserve your business.

Flowers haven't arrived after a week and still no refund! ZERO customer support, no one there cares. Read other reviews on here and avoid at all costs.

The germans are bad!

I order in 12 February flowers that was supposed to be delivered on 8 March and they didn’t! I called in Germany 3 times to ask about the order and what happened and there is a man who picks up the phone and when I ask if there is someone who speaks English is hanging up!Don’t order !!!

Flowers were not delivered on time

Flowers that were supposed to be delivered for International Women's Day (March 8) were sent to the post office, where they can only be picked up on March 11!!!! Should I order from you? never ever!

bouquet arrived a day late & dried out

bouquet arrived a day late, completely dried out, with flowers broken. for some reason they think it's a good idea now to ship bouquets flat in a box without water, and let it sit in a truck for a couple of days. not at all clear on the website when you order; you have to go into the depths of the FAQs to find out that it's shipped this way. what a disappointment. this used to be my go to when they still gave a hoot about quality, but never again.
