Cowboy outfit. Gave 10 year guarantee but driveway lifted and discoloured after 4 years. No contact. Refuses to fix it. Don’t deal with

Dreadful Company, poor quality. Laid too thin, cracks after a year, repair made it worse. Now they ignore all messages. £3200 wasted,will cost even more to dig it up and replace.
Do not use!

The driveway when laid, was left unfinished - after several calls, they came and made it right.

A year later, cracks appeared in it - we contacted them + they attended, promising to come back and repair it.
They did not arrive.
They then ignored our messages for months.

Another year later, they finally responded to a message and promised they would come back and perform the repairs (it is under warranty).
They did not arrive.
And are now ignoring our messages again.

Flexi resin did our driveway in December 2016. By August 2017 the driveway was cracking and large sunken areas had appeared. I emailed them about this and they said they would come out to look at it. They didn’t. This back and forth continued until November 2018 when they finally came round, agreed it was unacceptable, blamed someone who had now left the business, and said they’d fix it. They came one day, repaired a couple of small cracks very badly, and left after a couple of hours. Despite several promises that they would be back, they haven’t been. The drive is a disgrace - large cracks, sunken pits, the top layer has come away in areas which have discoloured and means small stones are constantly being walked through the house and into the car, and it is lifting at the edges. Terrible product and customer service. Do not use if you want your drive to look ok for more than 6 months.
