I am in the processing of switching to Flexispy from webwatcher because their product didn't work as advertised. They also have a sneaky return policy and you will never get your money back.

I switched to FlexiSPY from MSpy. I waited 15 hours for MSpy to transfer data from the target phone and the circle just kept spinning. Technical support wasnt helpful and refused to refund me even after showing them what the software was doing and how it wasnt working.

'I switched to FlexiSPY from MSpy because MSpy uses the icloud and can not get around 2 FA. You need to create a new email for the target that is similar to the original email. Not a good solution!

Despite Mspy having such great ratings, it is AWFUL!!! Nothing worked. If it did work, it was delayed by 24hrs or more. I had to uninstall & reinstall it numerous times on an android 10 over the course of 7 days and it never worked for more than a few hours. Customer service could only suggest that I keep uninstalling & reinstalling the product to 'fix the problem'. MSpy does not work on android, period. Don't waste your money or time!!!!!

i switched to flexispy from highstermobile because much of my information was not even logged on to highstermobile.

I havent used the service yet, but from just reading about it i can tell it has much more to offer than any other.

I stitched to flexispy from mspy because it never worked at all wouldn't even pick up the targeted device wasted 9 days trying to get mspy to work with no avail

I switched from 2 different apps due to finding out the hard way not all apps are created equally. I first tried freeandroodmonitor and decided to upgrade to there premium service. Through them i purchased IKeymonitor. I bought this to help save my family. Instead it's created more chaos. It is not compatible with Android 10 (non rooted). Under freeandroodmonitor app when I log in I got to see hundreds of other customers messages. So I pulled my hair out wondering why is my wife messaging all these out if state guys.i was going crazy over it. I contacted there tech support and was told ummyourandroid 10 is too new. So they locked me out of my account and ate my money. Now with ikeymonitor it seemed to be ok until it started showing my wife sending messages to an unknown man. The software couldn't read her saved contact name (a female friend). Simply put its buggy and doesn't work right on Android 10

I am happy that I can get a discount for trading the app with other company's app

Horrible. uses third party support that will not contact you and you can not get in contact with them. only uses chat and its more like a computer generated answer to question. Absolutely worthless!!!!!

I purchased an extension to my software and have waited days for it to be activated. Hopeless customer service. Keep passing the buck. Really fed up. They always promise to reply within 24 hours but never do.

UPDATE:
After this review was posted, they have sent me an email asking me to wait 2 to 3 days for a reply!!

And now I have received another email in reply to this review. Unbelievable!!

They say "We pride ourselves on having the best support in the business" - that's hilarious! They don't have ANY support. It's been well over a week and they tell me to wait 2 to 3 days for a reply!! Jokers.

I did not make any mistake by ordering the wrong item. I tried to renew the existing licence before it expired but was unable to. There was no 'renew' button which was supposed to be there. I therefore purchased another 3 months in the hope that it would be added to my account. When I created the first ticket, I sent you the correct email address and the licence number, so your comment about me trying to renew an old account is pure rubbish.

THE MAIN PROBLEM HERE IS THAT YOUR COMPANY ALWAYS PROMISES TO REPLY WITHIN 24 HOURS BUT DOESNT, OR IF IT DOES REPLY, IT'S A USELESS REPLY. THAT'S THE ISSUE HERE. IT SHOULDN'T TAKE ME RESORTING TO TRUSTPILOT FOR YOU TO COMMUNICATE WITH AN AIM TO SOLVING THIS.

After I paid for the extra 3 months, the 'renew' button appeared, so I had to pay AGAIN. Now the system is working properly again. I would just like a refund now for the first purchase of the 3 months package.

Highster is a waste of money. The features are bland and intermittent. You can only take snapshots with front camera. The only features that work on Android 8.1 are calls texts and location. They only work half the time. Flexispy is number 1. Amazing trade through the trade in program.

So far, it has been great!

I was very worried about my children, luckily I discovered flexispy, honestly I didn't even know there were apps like this. Now I am infinitely calmer, I could see by checking whatsapp chats that I don't have to worry. I had small difficulties solved with the help of technical support at the beginning. I repeat, this app allowed me to be much quieter.

Flexispy was able to give me the type of monitoring I was looking for on my phone. Everything from SMS and even a keylogger which was a pleasant surprise. The feature I find most useful would have to be the GPS, I frequently misplace my phone so now I always know where my device is. So far I haven't had any major issues and it has kept pace with the constant phone updates. (Although you have to reinstall after each one.)
Bottomline is I have peace of mind knowing that there is no illicit activity on my device.
Tech support was quick and helpful when I first set it up. They were very patient taking me through each step and answering my questions. I tried other app and found it wanting by comparison If you are thinking about going with FlexiSpy then you are making the right choice. I don't see any other app that can compare on the market given all that it offers and for an affordable price.

Flexispy is the best software for controlling what your teenagers do online. I have 3 teenagers and Flexispy has put my mind at rest when my teenagers are online. I fully recommend that every parent with teenagers invest in this software. The support is 24 hours and they always come through for me when there is a problem with the software. The technicians are trustworthy and would even install the software for a small fee. I have been using flexispy for 5 years and it even work overseas when we are on vacation. No other spyware is better. I will always use Flexispy.

A useful software, easy tu use, a good assistance and a honest price.
Sometimes not very puntual about "alert" and "istant messages", especially about im of third part.
