I just booked flights to Australia and New Zealand with Flight Centre UK for the first time. Travel consultant Lewis Osborn dealt with everything very professionally and was a great help with connecting flights and hotels for our travels. Certainly will use this company for future travel arrangements.

The staff are so kind and helpful in a complete friendly manner, especially Helen Woods.

I would just like to thank Charlotte (Cooper) at Flight Centre Bromley, for helping us plan a truly fantastic holiday to Singapore and Perth, WA. From my initial enquiry to last minute holiday panics, Charlotte was on hand to support us with every little detail of our break. Everything she arranged for us including flights, hotels, airport transfers, and car hire was perfect, even down to the flight times on arrival and departure to make the most of every single day we had and so we did not suffer with jetlag. The holiday was everything we could have wished for and more, and I cannot thank Charlotte enough for her insights. We will definitely use Flight Centre again, and would highly recommend to anyone looking to book that holiday of a lifetime.

Lewis Osborne arranged a 3 week trip to the USA for me, taking in Disney, Universal and a trip to visit family in MS. Lewis was fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful even after the holiday was over when I had an issue with the car hire company. I would highly recommend Lewis and would not hesitate to approach him again in the future should I need to book a long haul trip. Thank you Lewis.

Time to quote for 3 adults flying to NYC from Glasgow with checked in bags in June 2026.
It took 4 days (asked on the 29th Nov, quoted on 3rd June) for the flight centre to quote via email.
They asked for unnessessary information such as exact names and date of birth for each passenger.
The Quote was £2,336 for BA flights.
£300 more than booking direct with British Airways at £2,041 at todays prices (was even £150 cheaper on the 30th Nov)
I chased my quote up the next day and had an automatic email saying off till the 3rd, nobody else bothering with my quote.
I booked directly with Icelandair for £2,006 who did the flight and hour quicker than BA with a short stopover in iceland and your cases stay on the plane whilst you are in the small airport for 1½ hrs.....a lot less hassle than going via heathrow.
Just use Skyscanner or Kayak as you will instantly get far better prices and you can select what suits you....and save £300 to boot.
