I wanted to return a pair of sneakers…

I wanted to return a pair of sneakers for a bigger size and they said they don't do that, they sent me a return label and said I will get credit for $90.00 I could use within a year that's after I paid $ 140.00 for the sneakers so I guess I'm out $45.00 bucks so if I order a new pair it's like I'm paying $ 185.00 dollars for a new pair, either send me a bigger size or just refund my money

Flight club is large company went you a big company you got like 1-30 people minimum in my believe to answers email… it take 3-4 days to replied for a email… which should not be there not a phone line or live chat…. Why if a sneaker been verified should be ship next day minimum not 5 days later them sneakers coming other side of the country to the USA like if that going be the case then I rather take a Chances wait on the 2 week ordering from a Chinese manufacturer!!!!

I love Flight Club

in person at their brick and mortar location or online I completely trust Flight Club as a reseller I haven't purchasing from them for well over 15 years and never had an issue they go the extra mile for the customers and I appreciate that I got the brick after bricks from them and I can say I was not disappointed just wish they had better pricing but that's the game
