It was very easy sending all the data needed for the case and I was updated on every step. In the end I did received compensation for my late flight, which I don't think I would be able to achieve on my own!

Horrible experience. I originally used their service in 2022 and received the compensation in around a year. When I had another flight delayed in mid July last year I decided to use it again. This time around I have gotten no updates whatsoever on my cas e since mid September of last year and have emailed them since then atleast 5 times and have never gotten a response. I have no idea what’s going on with my case or even if they still know about it. It’s like talking to a brick wall. My case number is FR4226496.

The process went smoothly (they kept us updated on the steps they were taking), however, before concluding we did not have right to compensation, they sent us the following e-mail:
"Following our request for payment, the airline has informed us that the payment of the claim has already been made to you."
"In the event that we do not hear back from you, we shall assume that you have received the payment. Our next step will be to send you an invoice for our commission fee + VAT, as per our contractual agreement."
This seems like bull*** as it turned out not to be true that the airline ever intended to return any money. So it seems like a desperate attempt to get some money from distracted clientes that didn't check if some amount was actually returned to them.
