These guys used to take matters seriously, but there has been a marked decline in customer service.
They only update when you chase them. After 2.5 years of waiting and waiting, with them claiming that they would be the ones to update me on any developments, 14 months since their last contact, they just replied to tell me they had decided not to pursue the case in spite of initially claiming 99% success rates, and indicating that there had been a clear breach by the airline, resulting in a demand for €809.
The sceptic in me tells me they settled for a small payment themselves direct from Ryanair.
Dreadful communication, very poor representation, and never again will I engage their non-existent services.

Apperently they are negotiating already for 3 years...but nothing happened. Yes they could increased their marketing budget and made a very fancy website but during 3 years nothing happened...their lawyer(s?) has other things to do? probably having a good time on Ibiza or other expensive holidays locations with all the money they easily received, doing nothing...

They give me back my money from the airline that I was buying tickets but the flight was canceled and they didn’t give me any money but Flightright helped me get my money. Thanks for your help and support

I stumbled upon flightright as an Instagram and didn’t think much of it but decided to try. Turns out rebooking isn’t a compensation and they managed to get me some money back! Even though they said claims could take up to a few months, my case was sorted within 10 days. Would recommend :)

I am very frustrated with this company. I have had an ongoing claim with them since October 2024!! and we are nowhere closer to the payout then we were 1 year ago.
5 of us had our international flight delayed by nearly 5 hours and this company doesn't have the decency to explain what's going on or why on earth would we have to wait 1.5 years for a compensation. There is absolutely no communication on their part, whenever I send an email requesting an update the response is that they are doing everything that they can (automatic BOT answer all the time) the airline is being challenging. I don't find that acceptable especially if they are charging a commission for dealing with the claim on our part.
I don't recommend this company.
Sent a lot of emails and always get the same bot answer.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! It's UNPROFESSIONAL, MISLEADING and NOT RELIABLE and to add to that very POOR in communication.

I used Flightright for my claim due to a delayed flight, where I had a terrible experience dealing with the airline directly. The airline did not have a clear procedure and was taking a month just to give a negative response. Hence, I used Flightright and voila, my claim was approved just in 4 days, and I received the amount in my bank on the 6th day. Great job, flightright.
