They're are scammer. They're worst company ever. Don't book from this website. Never response you anything. I was booked flight and cancel immediately. Refer there conditions in their website. It Fake!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO one get money back. I will report to the police Plz everyone report them. Don't let them used your money for living.

My name is Thuy Le. I had a very bad experience with this agent. I bought a ticket to Thailand with half price posted in the web unclearly. I thought it was full price as it was quite expensive already. But after prcoessing the payment, an email from the web sent back to me and ask me to process another payment with the rest half price of teh ticket. I feel like I was being cheated. I asked to be refund immediately, but couldn't get my money back until now (9 months after my frist email of refund request).

The service guys sent me a ton of emails to persuase me to change the trip or transfer my money to another trips. I insisted I don't want to use any further trips from their services and just want to have my money back. After being fail of persuing me, they keep silent until now. It was 9 months from the time I asked for getting my money back.

It gave me a very bad feeling of a flight agent with many big names of airplanes on the corporation but doing a bad bussiness run, like cheating people who do the booking urgently with them without thoroughly checking the terms and run away when their clients asked for a refund.

I would never use this agent/service again in my life and ask all of the people I know to stay away from them.

Never use this company!!! SCAM!!

Had an extremely bad experience with them that completely tainted the whole trip of mine.

I booked the tickets only to find out that I had only payed half the amount and that they would not release the tickets to me until I payed the extra amount.

This info can only be found buried in the T&Cs.

After weeks of struggling to get my money back, I finally decided just to pay for the remainder of the tickets and use this as a learning experience.

Please, whatever you do, do not book through this company. Use my $800 loss as a lesson to you.

I have very bad experience, there is an extra cost will charge after taking your initial payment. When you want a refund, it take half year. I am still waiting for my refund and I voice out in June. Even I send to their customer services or complain services, it is not working.

Refund my money at once because i have been in contact with Turkish Airlines and the ticket has not been bought from them.
They have informed me that this ticket was only reserved and due to it not been purchased reservation was canceled with no charge and you have frauded me. you have stole my money and i would like my money refunded at once i have been treated unaproreatly by your staff i am 48 years old and never encountered rude staff like this.

send PNR number or Ticket Number.

you are saying the company has charge you send me evidence of this charge, as informed by turkish airlines this ticket was only holded until full payment but the ticket was not purchased so the holded ticket was not bought by me or you, how can you charge me a reserved ticket.$.824.08

I made an international booking and they showed the price as usd 797.52 . Which was approximately 100usd less than what other websites were offering.I booked the ticket and then i received an email from them stating that i have t o make additional payment of usd 652.50 ....I WAS SHOCKED..I tried calling them number of times on on their Australian numbers and hong kong numbers but no answer and says "number dopes not exist" . I sent them emails so many of them requesting them to cancel the entire booking and refund immediately..but they would not do that.
finally someone emailed me that i will be charged approximately 150usd for cancellation..to which i said ok fine.just cancel the bookings please..EVEN THOUGH THE TICKET IS ON HOLD and not confirmed..still they want to charge me..which was again a shock..I then went and tried to chat online with their customer support and she did her level best to persuade me to go ahead with the bookings..then she said i will be charged 350 usd for cancellation.....really?...and all this happened in 1hours time..
PLEASE BE CAREFUL with these scammers..I have all the chat info and details and emails from them where it states the amount when i booked and thenlater the email from them saying that they want me to pay more.

Be careful it seems to be a fake ticket website. The price which is shown is not the price they will take from your account. You will pay double!!!.Price policy is not clear. the full price will be shown after you booked and the money is gone.I claimed a free cancellation and my money back within 12 hours... its a fake!!
They will tell you that they charge you 200-300$if you cancel your ticket .
so nothing but trouble if you need a ticket look for a serious website

I will recommend this site to my family and friends, the staffs are friendly, immediate response. Good services.

Im not happy with their service and not sure if I have been dooped.

They claim to offer a 2-part payment system. However, they don't make it clear before or during the booking process. You only discover this after you pay and is highlighted in the conformation email.

So, the price you think your are paying is only 55% of the total fee. AFTER you pay the 55% you receive an email stating you need to pay the 45% balance. The booking system and all the details right up to paying appeared legitimate and doesnt state that your only making a deposit.

They also state on their website you can receive a full 100% refund within 12 hours of booking. I emailed immediately within minutes after receiving the confirmation email to cancel the booking. I received a replyat 3:00am from kristine.le she told me i had many options to modify my booking, take a cheaper economy flight or cancel with no charges. I immediately called the various phone numbers noted on their website; Hong Kong, Australia, UK. None of the phone numbers are answered nor have voicemail or an answering service.

They are saying my booking is cancelled but when i log in is still active and did not recieve a confirmation that a refund is being processed.I contacted her again to say I have cancelled my payment via the bank after being advised to so and not request the payment agian. They went head the day after took 3 payments. They first told me to wait 60days for a refund then 40days and still havent receieved a confrimation whether my refund is being processed instead they left the conversation with no solution and a Vicky.ng was a little rude towards me.

All I wanted was my refund. There website also says:
"1. In case the customers have misunderstood/misleading our process, policies and don’t want to payment step 2 to issue E Ticket, customer can request to us to full refund to your account without fee.
(Which i did straight away and in a other part of the website it says 12hours)
2. If we can not reach you over phone, email, other channels, we will refund full amount to your account after 15 days, and the booking will not be valid after we refunded.
(on this ocassion I could not get hold of them via their numbers only email and chat and did not get anywhere with them.They would just ignore me)

I have emailled yet again to ask regarding the process of my refund as they said they would send me an email but have not recieved anything.
