SINCE JANUARY 2018 WE BEEN REQUESTING A REFUND OF OUR MONEY FROM THIS COMPANY BUT SADLY UNTIL NOW WE HAVE NOT GET OUR MONEY. THE LAST REPLY THEY SENT US WAS "THE REFUND IS IN PROCESS AND PLEASE WAIT" DATED OCTOBER 2018. CAN ANY ONE PLEASE HELP US?

Bogus website never buy tickets from them they tricked you into thinking that they book a flight for you with an airline after making a payment you learn that they didn’t and want you to pay 50 percent of the ticket again.
Their customer service are fake people trying to be very nasty to you so that you don’t call back .they will tell u your refund is in process for ever
Once you past that stage almost a year of waiting for refund they deduct about 80 percent of your money for their scam charges

They are scammers they took USD459 from my coworker, then they said that’s 55% she should pay 40% more, she is asking for her money back, she spoke with christine and vicky, they where so rude to her they told her to wait she will loose upto USD250 if she cancels which is clearly stated on their website they will give full refund if you fabcel within 12 hours should you cancel

i am filing a dispute claim in the bank today if they don't refund the money i will go places to fight back for the hard earned money. no one should buy from them they are a fraud company i tried to book from them for a future ticket but the same ticket is costing 261 usd on other websites but they are charging me 431 usd for the same very bad company. no one should buy from them. they are a biggest fraudsters in the travel market. booking ID is #41896390

Since January 2018 - I'm following up with this cheating company for the refund - they always reply "your payment under process, please wait"

Also a victim of this site. I only realized after payment that it accounted for only 55% of the ticket. The chat does not work and no one picks up on the given phone numbers. I sent them e-mails and they replied suggesting different airlines/offers. They also said that if I wanted a refund I would have to wait 60-70 days and that $250-350 would be deducted from the amount that I paid. And they said that it was the airline that was charging this and flightsticketgo does not charge anything. However, I know this is not possible since I called Etihad and they said that no ticket was booked. I sent them lines from their refund policy which states that they will refund the exact amount that I paid on their website and they replied with another irrelevant e-mail asking me to complete my booking and suggesting other airlines/offers. If anyone has gotten a full refund from this website please tell me how you did so.

This is the worst manipulative website I have ever used, I have purchas ticket since Seven months ago and I haven’t seen the small box which says that there are 2 type of payments, this is a very silly method of cheating the customers. I have proceed with purchase expecting to receive ticket afterwards!! I was surprised that they will need me to pay an extra amount which if I calculate the total will be more expensive than buying it from official website.

Since 18 Oct 2017 till now I am emailing them requesting a refund which they have agreed on processing which never happened and they keep sending an emails delaying the process, quoting them « Your refund is under processing. Please kindly wait » .. I have waited more than 7 months ! I will not leave it at this i will do all the necessary action to destroy them.

I just booked a flight for my friend here in Dubai who will travel to Manila as a matter of emergency for a family member and as we look for a cheaper flight and got it from this site we were all shocked as the booking was showing US$443 but when we paid online the credit card we used was charged for US$490.45 and what worst is we have to pay the remaining amount of US$409 in order to get the ticket. I was really crying because this is a very hard earned money and it was borrowed because it was an emergency and this is what we got, scammed by this flights ticket go...please don't ever book your flight with this website, I just hope they will spare my friend and refund the full amount which can already be used to pay the hospital bills of a family member who is ill

Crap is Flightsticketgo . There is no customer service and they never reply to any of my emails, the booking procedure takes forever to complete and they never refund my money. I wish they get what they deserv.... :(

Don't trust flightsticketgo!

They said that they booked my ticket and when my wife and son reached the airport it was not booked and the money was already deducted from my credit card.
Nevertheless I have written tot hem for refund and hopefully they will get back to me.
Can anybody recommend whom to contact for the refund. I have already written an email to the refund team any other person to contact do let me know.

I got my refund as of today, February 7, 2018 My $551.20 has been retured into my account and thanks to my bank who stood in my behalf. So much stress and distress that I had to go to the Capital city to file a dispute in my bank on my case so the process will be expedited. My bank asked me some documents to prove my case and my bank had been very helpful. I also emailed the airlines to write an email proving that my name did not even exist in their passengers list. Got scammed on Jan 13, 2018 and my refund came today, Feb 7, 2018. Don' lose hope everyone. Fight these scummers.

My Case has been fixed. I got my money back after 7 days. They put me under a lot of stress. I have to send around 100 emails. If you can't refund, don't give up. Keep insisting them. Anyway I have my tiny thanks to Flightsticketgo, at least they give my money back when I needed most. I deleted my other reviews as they requested.

If you want to refund your money. Just go to your local bank and file a dispute letter. After 45days you will have your money back. Thanks God I got mine reimbursement today. Email the scammer and gather necessary evidience for your dispute. lessoned learned for me....

AFTER I DID MY PAYMENT, THEY THEN SEND A MAIL SAYING THAT I HAVE ONLY PAID FOR HOLDING TICKET (i.e. 55% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT ) AND THEY SAY I HAVE TO PAY 45% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I IMMEDIATELY TRIED TO CALL THEM ON ALL THE NUMBERS ON THEIR WEBSITE BUT THEY DID NOT ANSWER....I LATER FIGURED OUT ALL THE NUMBERS WERE 100% FAKE....I THEN SENT SEVERAL MAILS ASKING FOR REFUND SINCE THEY MENTIONED CLEARLY ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT WE CAN GET FULL REFUND WITHIN 12 HRS OF BOOKING.

AT LAST WHEN I GOT A MAIL THEY ARE SAYING THAT IT IS UP TO THE AIRLINE POLICY TO GET A REFUND AND THEY CANT GUARANTEE FULL REFUND.

I CALLED THE AIRLINE DIRECTLY AND ASKED ABOUT MY RESERVATION THEY SAID NO RESERVATION HAS BEEN MADE!!

THEY STOLE MY $350!!!!

NO ONE SHOULD BOOK FROM THIS WEBSITE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND CARD TOO

I got my money back finally , after days of arguing with them and many emails, they put me under a lot of stress. i don't recommend them at all
