Great service, Katie was able to help me with a refund on my initial order (as I didn't order a ring sizer) and help me reorder with a ring sizer so I can get the perfect sized ring! Quick delivery as well.

Purchased the Titanium Black Channel Brushed Wedding Ring - The Greystones for my husband (married 15 years so far) after we devastatingly lost his original wedding ring in the Gulf of Mexico. This ring is so gorgeous and arrived so quickly. I wasn't sure we would ever find a replacement but this ring is just perfect!!

The shop can be a little tricky to find and parking isn’t the easiest, but once inside it’s fantastic. The décor is stylish (you can see why they’ve won awards, it really is so cool inside)
Peter was absolutely amazing. Friendly, funny, and almost scarily good at knowing what would suit me and what I would like after just a few words.

The range was spot on plenty of choice in styles and materials without feeling overwhelming all with Peter to guide you through. I having never worn rings or jewellery I had all my questions and concerns answered without being made to feel silly for asking.

I chose a lovely ring but got mine and my wifes sizes confused. So there where a couple of returns and then got a ring sizer and eventually got the ring in the correct size. I couldnt be happier with the ring as it feels well made and looks amazing. The staff I dealt with were excellent and patient with me and cant thank them enough

Requested a date to ensure ring was received in time for a wedding and the customer service was prompt and informative. Order placed and the turn-around was extremely quick.

I purchased my husbands new wedding ring with our children’s fingerprints on it from Flinn & Steel. We did a lot of back and forth as we needed to make sure we got his size perfect etc, the customer service was absolutely brilliant, they answered any question I had with a very quick email response, helping guide me through the process, nothing was too much trouble. I never usually leave reviews but this has been one of the easiest trouble free companies I have ever dealt with so felt it was very deserved! The ring turned out beautifully and my husband loves it.

After experiencing wedding ring fatigue looking at generic bands at Meadowhall, I found Flinn & Steel! My appointment with Peter was everything I had hoped for as he gently guided me to different options and understood exactly what I wanted - even though it wasn't the ring it thought it was! I contacted Flinn and Steel after placing an order a couple of days before (last minute on my part) and I needed it for my wedding 3 days later. The rep that responded couldn’t have been any better, escalated it to the fulfilment team and it was shipped within an hour.

The silicon ring arrived the day before and was a great thing to have on minimoon so my other ring didn’t get damaged.

We ordered the Rivelin Valley, hammered effect Tantalum rings and I couldn’t be more happy with them. They arrived within a week of ordering and were absolutely perfect. The presentation of the rings in the gorgeous green bags and boxes was an unexpected surprise. I didn’t think they would be so luxurious! I have already recommended Flinn and Steel to many friends and family and don’t intend to shut up about them any time soon.
The quality and the price cannot be matched. Also the sheer variety of metals that aren’t the ‘normal’ type you’d find for wedding bands is fantastic. As someone who doesn’t prefer traditional, I was so happy to find a good quality ring that’s as different as I am. I would 100% order from them again.

Getting a free ring sizer sent out was great, it was simple to update on the website once I had the size. Delivery was very fast afterwards. Quality of the rings is great. Was a good experience from start to finish.

Friendly staff, professional, outstanding service with great email communication. Our wedding bands are beautiful and engraved. We would highly recommend this company
