This is really pathetic and horrible…

This is really pathetic and horrible services which I received for the first time while ordering the electronic things online. This seems to gamers between third party and Flipkart. They are looting people somehow.
My husband ordered an AC for me from this platform. The delivery took place after two days. It was open box delivery and one item copper fibre of 3mtr was missing in the product. I raised complain immediately and I was told by the executive that this amount will be reimbursed. I uploaded my bill as well but still no action has been taken. Everytime, I call they say only one thing that the matter is escalated and gives turn around time but still no result. I followed multiple times, called them but still no response.
It costs me a lot. If I would have bought it from other shops directly, I won't be facing this issue.
My experience is bad with Flipkart on buying any electronic gadgets.
Installation persons also informed me that the copper fibre comes with the product. Nowadays the seller do not send it deliberately or the delivery persons do some gambling to sell it late to local markets as this wire is expensive.
I had to pay 4k extra fir this missing item.

If there was an option to give zero…

If there was an option to give zero stars, I would gladly choose it. My recent experiences with Flipkart have been nothing short of a nightmare.
First, I bought a Haier AC through their platform. When an issue came up, Haier denied the standard 1-year warranty, stating that it was supposed to be provided by Flipkart. When I reached out to Flipkart's customer service, it was a completely exhausting experience. It took them an entire month just to resolve a very small error with the AC.
As if that wasn't bad enough, I recently made the mistake of giving them another chance and ordered a cooler. They delivered the completely wrong item, and to my absolute disbelief, they are now constantly rejecting my return request! They messed up the order and are now trying to force me to keep a product I never asked for.
Their after-sales support is a joke, and there is zero accountability. Save your money, your time, and your peace of mind—do not buy appliances from Flipkart!

Flipkart and it's delivery partners…

Flipkart and it's delivery partners really know how to exhaust a customer until we stop asking questions anymore.I placed an order for an item which was damaged, I requested for return and now the delivery guy is playing with my patience, reschedules pickup everyday and then eventually the return cancels out in 3 days. I go to chat with agent that makes me want to kill myself and finally I reach a human agent who honestly I don't think is much different than the bot, he reschedules the pickup and in 3 days I am back to the same cycle of messaging.
Please don't exhaust customers so much

They shouldnt be around anymore

Its impossible to reach a human or make a payment as a non small user.

Im trying really hard to go indian. Why make it impossble. I buy for abour 5-6L a year for my company. Paymnent has to be netbanking (not available) or at least scanned as UPI to pay from company account- again not available as they think you have to be a 200 rs user ordering on mobile. Error is we couldnt find any active UPI on this device. Why would i have one. I am using my computer. Even small sites have option to scan UPI or enter upi ID. Amazon does this too. most do.

This is a dinosour . let it go extinct

Pathetic customer support

Pathetic customer support. Flipkart shipped the wrong tv model with a different serial number than the one mentioned on the invoice & blamed us for not validating at the time of delivery. They refused any exchange or refund.

Delay delay delay

It is not the first time about the delivery issues. This time it went way overboard so much of delay despite so many calls and the delivery guy confirming by 6.30 and still has not delivered...the customer service saying wait 24 hours everyday is so damn pathetic...it's extremely callous attitude

Worst customer service .

the very next day delivery person came and installed flipkart reset pulse app. it doesnt get installed properly. it always shows error saying no information regarding device. but still shows all the information. the app doesnt work properly. contacted flipkart grievence team. they said we will take up ur issue and resolve ur issue within 24hrs. still after 5 days no one called me or resolved my issue. finally i cancelled my order and had peace of mind. they just want us to buy the mobile with full amount. thats the trick with their app. be care full go for amazon its genuine.

I ordered an air conditioner unit I got the different varient of out door and indoor unit now the installation is not happening as the both units are not same. I am defence personnel so when I got holiday then I called for installation now they are saying these units are different and you can't return the product as the return policy is expired. So what's next I don't know?

Pretty bad experience with Flipkart…

Pretty bad experience with Flipkart since the last 2 months. They are deducting platform + cash on delivery fee on every order if you cancel or return the order. Also, there is no resolution given by their executives. You cant contact directly customer care.

Cheaters don't believe what they write

I would like to give lower than 1 star, if I could...
Worse experience.
They write delivery date earlier to catch your attention but later they send your product as per their convenience.
You can't cancel the order. you can't complain, you have to accept the product as they deliver on their decided date. Later you can return it but it will be already late.
So you have no options itherthan acceptance. They are the cheaters.

I ordered an earbuds, they have delivered two days before but unfortunately on that day I was not at home so I reshudleed it to next day but on next day my order has not come it showing that it will come they after tomorrow and after two days it's out for delivery but not come at home and once again showing the order will come next day.

THE WORST!!!

THE WORST!!!
I ordered an Iphone and they kpt delaying the delivery without any reason. i had to follow up with their customer support on a daily basis which was as useless as their tracking. They have successfully made me feel regretful, helpless and angry. They gave no resolution whatsoever, only read the same script over call and the system is so bad that on 17th may, my expected delayed delivery date was showing as 16th May.

Very disappointing experience with…


Very disappointing experience with Flipkart and seller IWQNBecommerce. My AC order got cancelled again after repeated assurances from customer support that the order was approved and on track.
Due to this cancellation:
AC price increased by around ₹5,000
Lost ₹6,800 exchange benefit
Wasted several days waiting for shipment updates
Support team only kept saying “please wait 48 hours” without any proper resolution. For high-value products like ACs, such repeated cancellations and poor seller management seriously affect customer trust.
Request Flipkart to improve seller accountability and stop misleading customers with confirmed orders that later get cancelled.
