If I could give no stars I would. Reading these reviews it seems they have a track record of not delivering on orders. I used to love their paint a couple of years ago, then had an order not delivered. (Orders before this were also bumpy) Multiple messages and calls placed with no response and no money returned. Fair trading of no help unfortunately. Don’t waste your money.

Purchased 2 paints online on 27/2 and 5 days latter i have contacted the company first via email and then via mobile phone. I have been promised my purchase is going to be upgraded to express post however, no email with tracking number had been received 8 days later. I have sent another email requesting refund … no answer. I will be contacting Office of fair trading first thing Monday morning.
