Dreadful company horrendous after service

Dreadful company - have really let me down - my floor looks awful and despite them tell me time and time again they will fix they just keep delaying and delaying me now over a year and I’ve got to the point I’ve submitted a formal complaint letter giving them 2 weeks to respond which they have ignored much like most of the emails or texts I have sent. When I call I am told it will be fixed for me and they are so sorry. My fellow looks terrible and I’ve had issues since jt was fitted. Floor coming apart, parts of floor breaking off, nails left under the floor when fitted which are now popping through flooring in several parts - while experience has been terrible

Great Service

We used westend flooring to floor our brand new home in Bishopton and was extremely pleased from start to finish would defo recommend High quality flooring
