worst customer service ever experienced
getting hold of these guys to tidy up details or to follow up on a phone order is nigh on impossible
they don't respond to contact messages on their webiste, they don't respond to emails and you will be very, very lucky if you get hold of them on the phone.
there is no delivery date specified onthe order and when I eventually got my order ready - one of the key items was not available.
if you are a risk taker, go for it -the baltero is lovely and well priced, though don't do it if you are in a rush to get it delivered.
