getting hold of these guys to tidy up details or to follow up on a phone order is nigh on impossible

they don't respond to contact messages on their webiste, they don't respond to emails and you will be very, very lucky if you get hold of them on the phone.

there is no delivery date specified onthe order and when I eventually got my order ready - one of the key items was not available.

if you are a risk taker, go for it -the baltero is lovely and well priced, though don't do it if you are in a rush to get it delivered.

Strikingly attractive floor chosen by the missus. Shows every mite of dirt so needs much cleaning! That`s limed oak for you. Friends do like the overall effect. Quite difficult to lay if your floor is less flat than a billiard table, and I don`t imagine there are many of them needing doing.

Your service and the goods were excellent value. I love my new flooring and will use you again if I ever intend to purchase laminate again. Delivery service was spot on. Thank you very much.

this is the first time that i have used this company and was very impressed by the ease of the ordering and delivery times, i would use them again in the future should i need any of the products.

they keep you informed after you have placed your order.
but when it come to your delivery its a different matter.
no telephone call to say its on its way.
no email so you cannot track your order.
just had wait in until it arrived

ordered exact amount that was calculated by flooring to flooring and was left with 2 and a half packs and to send it back it would have cost me £30, so now i'm left with these packs wich are no use to me, i was also told 2-3 days delivery and it took a fortnight, I have used you since though as the product is of a high standard, i ordered the wrong colour this time though(my fault) as i was going to add these to the packs i already have and it would do another room, now i have to order 3 more packs and the delivery and VAT are more expensive than the flooring

The laminate flooring I purchased was of great quality and the best price I have been able to find. It was easy to fit and looks very expensive. I received good customer service when I had questions before placing my order and the delivery process was smooth. I would recommend this company to anyone.

very good value for money

I would highly recommend flooring2 floors - the service was fantastic. But most importantly the flooring was reasonably priced and very good quality

Only caveat would be to make sure you order the right quantities.
Slightly over would be better because the standard delivery charge of £30 is prohibitive for a small top up order.

have ordered extra scotia in may this year too finish off our prodject.

Ordered on tuesday expected delivery 3 days actually arrived the next day. Goods well packaged and great value for money

Is beautiful to look at and my husband couldn't believe how easy it was to lay everybody always compliments on how nice it looks
