Chris was great and super responsive (without being pushy). He was keen to understand what I need and offered his help accordingly. The ordering process was smooth & arranging delivery was easy. I dealt with about five different companies (and people), and this one and specifically Chris was amazing.

Ease of ordering is super simple. Received phone call less than 24hours later from Helen. Advised to order thinner underlay and received a refund as it was cheaper. Helen was amazing arranging delivery will review again when it’s here.

Easy to navigate web site with lot of choice and advise, I had a call after my samples arrived to check all ok.
I then had a call to say there was a black Friday deal on offer which saved money.
