Overall I'm happy with the service…
Overall I'm happy with the service however, major improvement could be made in the mobile app. Requesting an amendment could be way easier, you could have an upload bar during uploading. Also the drawing office makes the same mistakes over and over again which can be a bit frustrating. Hopefully they can improve on that in the future!

OK - but watch the fees
System works well. Turnaround was very quick and the end result was good - but be aware that the headline price is not what you actually pay. If you want colour, it costs extra, if the property is over a certain size it costs (a lot) extra etc etc - I can see that in some cases the fee the planner can charge their client could be less than the cost of having FP4U produce it.
