Then you get to the really good bit. I made a mistake on the product code, It was sorted in seconds 10/10. I went to collect, got some great advice. These folk know what they are talking about. Collection was seamless. Good job team.

Mismatching product sent, this meant there was a whole week of delay waiting for the new replacement boxes to arrive. I asked them for compensation as work had to be paused and given it was a bedroom, I had to sleep in the living room for a week. They refused compensation. So don't order from here unless you are willing to take this risk. Read on for further details.
I bought 7 boxes of Herringbone flooring. When they came, some boxes were dark blue and some were indigo. I thought maybe that's just a slightly different packaging. The packaging was also damaged in transit, but luckily, the product was generally okay. It was only when I started fitting the floors that I realised that the 2 products from different coloured boxes do not fit properly! I called them up and they offered me a exchange of boxes with the same coloured packaging. They collected the boxes which were indigo coloured, however, they got the number of boxes to replace wrong! I needed 4 boxes replaced, not 3. Luckily, I caught this early to avoid another week of delays!

Wrong item sent, dispute over few days and waiting for stock to be uplifted. Very rude male on the phone- no customers skills whatsoever. Lost day of holiday waiting for wrong delivery and then half day of holidays waiting for pick up that didn’t happen and got blamed for it - driver arrived after scheduled time. No floor for Xmas and had to pay cancellation fee to the joiner. Absolutely horrible company.

Amazing product and service from the team. The Vintage Herringbone Natural Oak 12mm is a lovely product - it looks as good as my real oak floor! When I found that I was a few pieces short to complete my project (but not enough to buy a box), they very kindly sent some loose boards by courier. I really appreciate them doing this - a great company to deal with!

Pre-purchase advice freely given and extremely valuable. Delivered product, solid oak flooring, was delivered on time and the wood was very high quality. Quite a high ratio of 300mm plank lengths vs. longer lengths which made the job a little more time consuming. Other than that, delighted with the product.

Thank you Floors Direct for an excellent customer experience. Delivery was prompt yet flexible, they agreed to deliver it even though I wasn't in at the time and would be home shortly. My flooring was tightly wrapped and arrived undamaged.
