Ordered flooring from a competitor a specific type that was hard to source, despite assurances stock was on hand, I paid for flooring only to be told it was out of stock and unavailable until end of October. Had trouble getting refund but eventually got it.
I checked floorsdirect website, found what I needed, placed order and paid for it, recieved great communications and updates 5 days later flooring was in my extension. GREAT SERVICE, Great communications and fast delivery WELL DONE and THANK YOU.
And if Wall2wall flooring are watching you need to follow floorsdirect business model as you were WOEFUL

Wood have been a decent review until I got a sarcastic reply from customer services. Not once did they understand my concern and even say if I'm not happy I could return it.As it doesn't look the same as in the photo on the Web site image. it needs to show the rough edge on the solid oak flooring.Yes it could be part of the design and it also could have been a faulty batch.

They delivered floor to billing address not to specified site address. dropped pallet into road and left. then we had a nightmare to get it collected which failed. so I had to get it delivered by my own courier to correct site (they paid £50 towards that cost). however Charlotte (their manager) was delightful and helpful so we got there in the end.

My floor looks fantastic. The ordering and delivery service were quick and totally pain free. Thank you

I ordered millenium grey oak laminate flooring 2 weeks ago they sent a completely different colour and name.
I have been in contact with customer service .
Communication is diabolical.
It's 2 differant floorings.
I am getting absolutely no wear with this company.
They are a joke.

I recently purchased 19 packs of Kronotex Petterson Oak Dark 10mm Narrow V-Groove Laminate Flooring AC5 from floorsdirectltd.co.uk for my living room. Pleased with the initial purchase, I decided to extend the flooring to my entrance hall and ordered an additional 5 packs. Unfortunately, I encountered a major problem: the manufacturer had changed the locking system on the flooring, and floorsdirectltd.co.uk failed to mention this critical information on their website.

When my fitters were nearly finished with the installation, I realized the new packs were incompatible with the original ones. I immediately reached out to floorsdirectltd.co.uk for an exchange, only to be told they only had 1 pack of the Kronotex flooring left. Left with no other option, I requested a collection of the incorrect flooring and asked for a refund so I could purchase the remaining packs elsewhere.

Since then, I have sent half a dozen emails requesting a refund and collection. All my emails have been read, yet floorsdirectltd.co.uk has completely ignored me. Their lack of response is infuriating and unprofessional.

To anyone considering purchasing flooring from floorsdirectltd.co.uk, my advice is simple: **DON'T.** Their customer support is non-existent, they do not value their customers, and they will leave you high and dry when you need assistance. You have been warned—**AVOID AT ALL COSTS.**

I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the recent order I received from Floors Direct. Specifically, I ordered 10 packs of Howarth Oak 5mm SPC LVT Click Flooring with built-in underlay. Unfortunately, upon inspecting the delivery, I discovered that 3 of the packs were severely damaged.

This is not a minor issue; it is clear that these damages are not the result of mishandling by the carrier, as the pallet was shrink-wrapped and showed no signs of external damage upon arrival. It is abundantly evident that the product left your facility in this unacceptable condition, highlighting a significant lapse in your quality control process. This kind of negligence is completely unacceptable for a company that prides itself on quality products and customer satisfaction.

As a customer, I placed my trust in your company to deliver a product that meets the standards you advertise. The fact that a substantial portion of my order arrived in such poor condition suggests a troubling lack of attention to detail on your part. It also causes me significant inconvenience, as I now have to delay my project while this matter is resolved.

I request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a prompt replacement of the damaged packs, along with a thorough review of your quality control procedures to ensure that this does not happen again. Additionally, I would appreciate a confirmation of when the replacement flooring will be dispatched, as this delay is already causing disruption to my plans.

I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. I look forward to your swift response and resolution.

Took a day off for delivery only to receive a call at 15.30 to say delivery won’t happen till the following day. Delivery charge of £30 as well which is beyond cheeky. Called to complain only to receive meaningless platitudes

Quick and easy to buy online, got what I paid for,fast delivery with care.

I recently had Herringbone flooring installed by Floors Direct in Birmingham, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite the significant investment, the beading started to come off within just two weeks of installation.

When I reached out for aftercare, I was met with false promises of someone coming to fix the issue, but no one ever showed up. This has left me out of pocket on a large sum with both a poor product and even poorer installation. I am extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend Floors Direct to anyone looking for quality flooring and reliable customer support.

Ordered some samples that arrived quickly to try and match an existing 17 yr old floor. Got a near perfect match that no other company we tried could do and subsequently placed an order.
Arrived promptly and well packaged .
Floor now laid and looks fantastic, cannot tell where the old floor meets the new.

I'm so happy with this company, I have ordered some samples and they came very quickly. I will be ordering my flooring from you when I have made up my mind
