From the first contact for samples, to the fitter Lee, leaving after completing the job, the whole experience has been what you hope for, but rarely get. I'm a Dog Trainer, I have 6 large dogs of my own, and saw this product in a client's house. After months of researching and comparison, I took the plunge. The floor's been down less than a week but I'm blown away with the quality, noise reduction, anti slip, aesthetics, ease of cleaning and warmth to the touch. I would recommend floor for paws to anyone, the samples came quickly and Tracy was so helpful with advice and any questions I had. The floor looks stunning, warm and more importantly my mums dog doesn’t slip on the floor.
We shall be looking forward in the near future to have the sitting room and hallway done.

I enquired about some samples from the website and they arrived super fast. Tracy was really helpful in assisting me to choose the right product.
The flooring was fitted quickly and efficiently and looks fantastic! I cannot wait for our holiday cottage guests to try it out and enjoy it too!

Floors for Paws have been an outstanding company to work with from start to finish. Tracy and Mo have been so helpful, and Lee our fitter was extremely accommodating, we had to change the fitting date and he couldn't have been more helpful. So nice to deal with such an efficient and pleasant company The product is outstanding , our 18 month old Labrador has taken to the floor well.

I highly recommend Floor for Paws! Tracy and Mo were helpful from the beginning to the end, their service was quick, fair price and incredible quality!

I have a big cane corso and sometimes he can be too much. But the new floor helped with his constant slipping, it cannot be scratched like the previous floor and it's way easier to clean.

If you're still thinking about choosing them, just go for it!

I want to give 3.5 stars, but I can only give a 3 or a 4, so have opted for the 4 as a 3 feels a bit harsh.

First of all, customer service is great, no problems at all in that department. Fitting was also good, although the fitting date had to be moved twice, once because the fitter, Lee, contracted Covid-19 which is just one of those things that can’t be helped. The date changes didn’t bother us so it’s not a big deal. 5 stars for both customer service and fitting.

We live in a 2 bed bungalow and had the flooring fitted in the living room, hallway and spare bedroom, at a total cost of £2.5k including fitting. We had it done in 2 sessions, spare room and hallway first, living room second and each fitting date needed to be moved by a few days. Lee is a very amiable chap and did a good job. The flooring looks very good and is easy to clean.

My issue is this, my dog still slips! We have normal laminate down in the kitchen and I don’t see any difference, she slips on both. Walking is ok, it’s when she gets excited and tries to run. (We have a Cocker Spaniel and I have yet to meet one that isn’t excitable!) We have had to put a rug down in the living room to stop her slipping so much. The flooring has been down a couple of months now, so it’s not a matter of our dog needing to get used to it, the flooring just isn’t as slip resistant as they make out. With the benefit of hindsight I may as well just have had laminate laid, it would’ve done the job just as well at a fraction of the price.

Our new floor has been down one week and we love it. We used the recommended fitter RMW floors and Richard did a great job at both laying the floor and providing the attention required from our golden retriever. We had the wooden effect Arden colour and it is lovely. Tracy and Mo were very quick in replying to my queries. I was initially concerned the floor might be cold as it is a thin tile compared to a click vinyl tile we are used to but I have not noticed this as an issue. As for the dog, he is very confident on the floor compared to other smooth laminates we have in the house. It provides him with great grip in normal situations e.g. there is no slipping when he gets off the sofa or his front legs slipping away from him when he sits. Also, no slipping for us in socks. I also like that should we damage any of the tiles it is easy to replace one.

From start to finish, Floors For Paws have provided excellent customer service. Quick responses to emails and always friendly. We chose Greenwood and it looks amazing, we will be returning to order more for the rest of the downstairs :-)

Having a pup that loves running through the farmers fields near us we decided having a carpet in the living room probably wouldn’t last a winter. We spent along time looking at options and settled on luxury vinyl plank. It was apparent with a dog that the wear layer was really important and having looked around and got a few samples floors for paws seemed the perfect solution. From order to fitting via their recommended fitters the process was seemless and the flooring exactly what we wanted. In times when quality service and products can often be lacking it was brilliant to find a company like ffp. Absolutely brilliant.

I chose the Wychwood flooring and absolutely delighted with it. The F4Ps team were always available for my enquiries. Special thanks to Tracy. - especially getting the flooring to me as my fitting was brought forward. Well done for co-ordinating that. The fitter, Richard, did a brilliant job in the preparation and fitting of the flooring. He was very patient with my dogs who insisted on checking on his work! Have had a lot of compliments about the flooring making the room look bigger! And of course the dogs are having a great time running around on it. So glad I got rid of my old carpet - so easy to clean and wash now!

We recently had the Wychwood flooring installed in the back office as we are a dog friendly company with many of our staff bringing their dogs to work. The customer service from FFP was fantastic throughout the process and we now have a floor we can keep clean easily rather than carpet which we found hard to keep looking respectable. It looks great and the dogs have taken to it straight away and love to sleep on it! Thank you FFP.

I seriously question the slip rating of these floors as they are just as slippery as standard laminate that costs fraction of the price. We installed floors4paws in most of the house but our dog isn’t even able to sit comfortably on the floors without slipping, let alone trying to walk on them!

I complained regarding this issue and was recommended dr. schutz clean and strip, which isn’t just any standard floor cleaner as the entire process where you’ve got to strip the floor in sections without letting the product dry and then wash it all off takes almost an entire day! Cleaning the floors with this product on weekly basis is just not sustainable.

2.5 starts are for great customer service-can’t fault the team, Mo’s been extremely helpful! Floors gets 0 as they are not fit for purpose and shouldn’t be advertised as slip resistant.

The service was excellent, everyone I spoke to, emailed or met were helpful and friendly. Excellent fitter. Some confusion over dates but sorted quickly and with no effort on my part.
But, and it’s a big but, this floor isn’t cheap and we had our entire ground floor done, looks beautiful but here comes the but - the dogs were slipping all over it - think Bambi on ice. Now, I’ve got 2 dogs one Labrador and one spaniel, both with arthritis following other problems, lab has had elbow dysplasia and the spaniel is a rescue who’d been knocked down. The floor was purchased solely because it was meant to be non slip, at the moment it is covered in rugs on non slip mats which doesn’t please my eye, so it’s about to be covered with fitted carpet. A very expensive mistake as far as I’m concerned.
Such a disappointment.

Really pleased with our new floor. So pleased to get rid of our carpet and have a floor that looks really smart and easy to clean… and our dog loves it too! Floors for paws were responsive and helpful to deal with.

What a great product!
Completely exceeded my expectations and really compliments my bedroom decoration and furniture. The dogs have taken to it straight away so no more grumpy stained carpet....perfect. My fitter Jason was great, friendly, kind and helpful.
Highly recommend this product and company.

We have just had our downstairs re floored in readiness for an incoming wolf hound pup. Throughout the whole process from start to finish nothing was too much trouble for Tracy and Mo, they were patient, efficient, professional, always quick to respond and always good humoured and pleasant. The product is amazing, providing really good grip and yet looking lovely. The fitters did an excellent job. Couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you F4P’s.

The people at F4P are fantastic! Always incredibly helpful before, during, and after ordering/installation. Our fitter Jon was wonderful too. Very professional, incredibly thorough, and even came back for snagging issues. My four large dogs also loved him (and the feeling was mutual!)
The flooring itself is AMAZING! Easy to clean, always LOOKS clean (no more little dust and hair balls floating into corners), copes with messy drinkers and wet paws, and NO MORE BAMBI LEGS!

What a fabulous company! Amazing correspondence and customer service. The fitters were great, experienced, friendly and professional. Any tiny issues were rectified without any problems. Tracy is an absolute joy to talk to and goes above and beyond to ensure excellent service throughout. The flooring itself is fab! Lovely choice of colours and designs with samples to choose from so you can fully compliment other flooring and does a brilliant job of supporting my pup in her more senior years.
