We ordered flooring in November. We were told there was a delay with the delivery to them. After a couple of months of back and forth. We were told it would be dispatched a couple of weeks ago.
Their phone number no longer accepts calls, their email address on their website does not get delivered and no one is replying from the other email, address we had.
We've been mugged off and we have hardly any money, as it is. We are gutted

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. CN only surmise that this is a con artist. I ordered my flooring September 12th. Got a lovely email thanking me for supporting a family run company and would hear in a couple days with a delivery date. Still waiting. Used the online form, sent emails and phoned daily. Have spoken to one person who advised she would pass on my details and someone would call back. Still waiting. Had to go elsewhere to get flooring. Now going to Trading Standards, contacting Matt Alright and looking at small claims court. Will continue to try and contact them but not holding my breath.

I ordered a door from this company online on 16/07/22 for delivery in 7 - 10 days, over 6 weeks later I have still not received it, my many telephone calls and emails remain unanswered and my claim for a refund has been totally ignored. I strongly advise people to think very carefully before dealing with this ‘sham’ of a company.

Firstly I’d like to say the flooring is lovely. I ordered Krono vintage classic in tawny chestnut and after a good bit of preparation it has gone down a treat and looks gorgeous.
Now for the not so good. Despite poor reviews I took the risk of ordering from Floors Online as it was documented on the website that it was under new management and delivery was free after £300, so it beat the other stockists on price.
I ordered my flooring and was informed by email that there might be a slight delay in delivery and that the courier would be in touch a couple of days before and provide a window for delivery. There was no other communication. On Friday 19th Feb, the flooring arrived before 0800, it was lucky I hadn’t had to leave for work. It was left on the road as I don’t have a pavement. It was pouring with rain and as I had no prior warning, I didn’t have anyone to help. I lugged 22 packs of flooring inside as well as the insulation which was pretty hard work and inconvenient.
When I contacted Floors online, I was given some flannel about a struggle getting over the border and lots of platitudes about how far north I live. I did highlight that Aberdeen is the third biggest city in Scotland, not some backwater and that there has not been any border controls throughout the pandemic. The man promised he would call me back on the Monday after speaking with the courier company to find out what the problem had been.
Obviously I never heard a thing. To summarise, great flooring, RUBBISH customer service. I would avoid in future.

Ordered 4 packs of flooring, told it might take a while due to covid. 20 weeks later still no flooring and no reply to emails asking for refund. Avoid!

Ordered laminate flooring on the 28th October and told 4 to 10 working days for delivery. I have called and emailed several times with no response and now have to go through my credit card company to get the money back.

I would give 0 *s if possible. Absolutely shocking company only delivered part of my order. Some of what was delivered was damaged after 20+ emails and calls to a number that always goes to voicemail still no refund so I’m having to get my bank to Inverstigate. Avoid at all costs

Avoid this company, they are a con. We ordered a door in March and have not heard anything yet (middle of June now) at all about delivery. Called and emailed several times and have never received a reply. Last email we wrote was to cancel the order (as nothing is obviously being delivered) but have not heard a word. Now trying to get our money back through our credit card company. They are a scam company.

This has got to be the worst company in terms of capability and customer service that I have ever encountered. I had ordered some items from their eBay shop. When they had arrived, some things were missing. I have contacted them to inform them. However, they have been argumentative and unwilling to accept that my order was not complete. It is a week since my incomplete order had arrived and they have still not resolved. Also, I don’t think they are going to resolve it. The company is clearly incompetent in managing a business or a dispatch department. Heavens forbid that customers only want their orders to be sent out correct and on time. This company thinks that you are asking for a miracle!
Avoid this company at all costs. Do not be swayed by their low prices. It will only cause you hours, days and weeks of sorting out their incompetent errors.

This was a terrible experience with Floors Online UK dot co uk, only slightly mitigated by apologies and a swift refund.

I ordered some laminate flooring and after a few hiccups with the online order - which should have alerted me to the issues that would follow - received a delivery date.
The date came and went and after several emails I was assured the item would be with me the following day. Which it wasn't. Then more apologies and eventually the whole sorry tale emerged. The item was still at the source warehouse with the shipper who, I was told, had entered the wrong date for delivery. I have had to abort the whole order and the fitter, at great inconvenience and am frustrated beyond words.

Ultimately the problem with this company, and the individual(s) behind it, is lack of attention to detail. It starts with the online portal which has different company names in the flow casting question on the security of the transaction. In my case, the assurances of delivery were evidently not based on any serious investigation of what was going on. The company tried to blame the shipper, who I could quite believe may well turn out to be the prime source of the issue, but they choose the shipper, and they chose not to invetsigate properly, so they get the 1 star review as a consequence.

By ordering my Pergo flooring online and arranging my own joiner to install, we saved a whopping £600 on the price quoted by a local retailer. They phoned me to clarify a few points on the order to make sure everything was right and even delivered one day early, which was fine because the builders were in installing my new kitchen. If only every supplier for our project had done so well - we would definitely recommend Floor Online and would happily do business with them again. Excellent!

I found Floors Online through the face book promo and found there service fantastic from the moment i made contact.

The quick step flooring i ordered arrived on time as stated and included the free underlay they promised.

I often visit the site for updates on flooring news and even their blog has provided some useful information.

I'm a bit of a DIY dropout and my projects tend to go wrong so the videos on installing laminate flooring were really useful for me

Will definitely be back.
