Ordered a bouquet with chocolate and a postcard, on the day it was supposed to be delivered it wasn't, I got no updates or notification it was not going to be delivered, the website is horrible from logging in and having to reset the password each time, to contacting support which were AI responses, after 2 weeks I was able to receive a refund, after I denied their in store credit option, would never try again to buy from them, they should get their site in order and customer support right
Missing products, no refund
Paid for a bouquet including chocolates and teddy bear and only the flowers were delivered. I reported the mistake, they asked for photo evidence and after two weeks and multiple emails asking for an update still no resolution.
The person I intended to surprise never received the full gift, I put them in a strange situation asking them for photos of a present, I never received any reason, apologies or the money back.

This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had.
My order never arrived, and trying to get any kind of support was basically impossible. There is no real way to speak to a human, and responses (when they come at all) are slow, generic, and completely unhelpful.
I’ve wasted time, money, and patience on a service that clearly does not care about its customers once they’ve paid. At this point, I’ve had to contact my bank to resolve the situation myself.
I strongly advise anyone to think twice before ordering. If something goes wrong, don’t expect any real assistance.

I am extremely disappointed with your service.
I paid extra for express delivery so that the flowers would arrive within 24 hours due to a death in the family. I was even given a confirmed delivery time. However, the flowers have still not arrived to this day, while the payment was already deducted.
I have contacted you multiple times (at least three follow-ups), informing you that the flowers were never delivered. I also have proof from DHL showing that the package is already being returned to Spain. Despite this, I have received no response whatsoever.
This situation is completely unacceptable, especially considering the sensitive and sad circumstances. It is very disappointing that even in such a case, no one takes the time to respond.
If I do not receive a reply or a full refund by Monday, I will be forced to take legal action.
I expect an immediate response.

I paid above the standard believing it it will be good quality and service but it was terrible I could not contact you bc you never send me my order number and did not recognize my email. Worst experience ever. Flowers were dead, chocolates weren't the one that was advertised. Support got back quickly but since then nothing has been solved, no refunds, didn't even apologize for sending a dead plant. Funny enough, the basket was named "celebrate life" but the basket looks like celebrating death more.

Wanted to send my nephew a bouquet of flowers on my sisters, his mother, first anniversary of her passing.
Ordered Monday 9/3/26 for delivery to Luxembourg Thursday 12/3/26. order taken, confirmed and paid for.
Order was not attempted until Saturday 14/3 since then I have been unable to trace. Nephew did not receive.
All emails to Floraqueen are directed to a email box that issues a standard reply or remain unanswered. No flowers and out of pocket NZD100. Has made a sad situation worse. Wished I had checked outside reviews of floraqueen before ordering.

I am disappointed. I have paid 47€ for a very small bouquet that is not worth this much. And I have paid 7,90€ for a 24 hrs delivery but the flowers arrived 2 days too late. In a bad state because they have been on the road for 2 days. Customer service is responding quickly. I’ll see.
