Great deal on used truck!
I flew down from Nashville to Sanford airport and they had an Uber driver pick me up at the airport. I paid cash for my 2016 Dodge Ram 3500 Laramie SRW diesel. Mike was my salesman and was very friendly. I drove the truck 760 miles back to my home in Adamsville, TN with no problems. My criticism was that there were a few minor cosmetic flaws that should have been pointed out to me even though I still would have bought the truck anyway. These were: dent in rear bumper and two small dents in left rear bed panel. Additionally, there was only one key and no owners manual. Second key cost me $180.00. Owners manual $45 on ebay and a replacement for a cracked plastic tailgate cap at $35.00 on ebay. I have mobility issues so these flaws were only noticed when I got home. Additionally, diesel tank was supposed to be full when I picked up the truck and it was only 5/8th full. $58.00 topped it off and Mike says they'll send me a check to reimburse me.
All in all, I am very happy with the truck and I think I got a very good deal. Truck isn't perfect but I got it for half of what a brand new one would be. The detail guys are awesome too. The interior looks like a brand new truck. I would recommend this dealership and my salesman, Mike, to anyone wanting a good deal on a used truck.
