Horrible AfterSale Service, stay away from this shop!

The phone was delivered broken, one Sim Card did not work.
Flosmall was absolutely unwilling to address this issue in an appropriate manner!

I ordered honnor v9 and 4 days after i had it in my hand!!
But that's not all ....i remember when i was chatting i asked to the support tpu cover availability...
The operator told me that at that time they had not it, and only ordered the phone to not delay...
But day of delivered i have opened the box and i have found tpu cover as gift!!!!!
Very great store!!!Very kind and very professional persons!!

I've just ordered 5 things from this site. All these 5 arrived really fast with the FREE DHL EXPRESS shipping. The customer service is good (I asked a refund of a product that I just didn't like and they refunded me), and in the box of the phone you buy you will find everytime a cover and a protctive film for the display. The price, which includes all these things, I think that makes Flosmall one of the best shops on the internet.

Fast and reactive
I tried my luck on this not so well known website, they are very fast in shipping and reactive in chat. I recommend them without hesitation, the 6$ DHL insurance is a must for a cheap way to get your products fast. Ordered a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Monday night received it at my door with free goodies on friday morning. Don't let the poor website design fool you, these guys are serious.
