Avoid signing up to this "company"

As per other reviews, don't sign up, they just redirect your bills to another address add a hefty service charge for themselves and invoice you that,if with them take control change to low standing order & dispute, complain, dispute, now actually READ that contract-scary,get to know your rights-and is a difference depending if you are consumer, sole trader, limited company-doubt ever yet tested in a court, many say its a scam, and your a victim !!

AVOID AT ALL COST

Thieves, just increased my standing charge by 515%. Total rip off, run by the same crooks who run OneEnergy. If there’s any karma in this world they’ll go under very shortly. Thinking of taking them down the route of mis selling as they do not deliver on their promise of saving you any money whatsoever. Dont fall for the 5% discount scam, read the small print and youll see a Service Charge of 30% of all water charges added by FLOW2 thus costing yo on average 25% more than going direct to a supplier.

I was approached by a rep around 2014…

I was approached by a rep around 2014 that said he could save me 5% on my water bill and also claim back all the overcharges i had paid going back to 1996, i said i wasnt here then, he told me it didnt matter as i was the current ratepayer,as there is a backlog of people waiting for there rebates i wouldn't get anything until the following January. thought that was pretty good deal so went into a 5 year contract, surely enough the monthly bill dipped a little, come January i phoned the company to see when i was getting my rebate, i was told it was in the system, i phoned them times and was fobbed off, but over the years they jacked up the rates,i have since moved away from these sharks and my water bill is less than half i was paying them... leave well alone!!!!!!!!!!

A company that should be facing…

A company that should be facing criminal charges, having finally thinking we had got away from their overcharging and taking additional monies without notice over a 4 year period, I have just been informed by my water company that they have recalled their direct debit payments which is money that we have paid to them. Currently speaking to trading standards to try to get to the bottom of this and get a refund of all the monies that have fraudulently been taken by this scamming company.

Like others I was conned by Flow2 Ltd

Like others I was conned by Flow2 Ltd.

They told me that I could save 5% on my water charges. As I annually shopped around for the best deals on my electricity and gas I had no reason to suspect them as being scam artists.

I started with them in February 2015 and it took until April 2017 to get a ‘proper’ invoice despite many, many requests. My payments had gone up from £220 to £498 before I stopped my direct debit in March 2017.

It was at this stage, from that first invoice, that I became aware of their Management Charges. Save 5% on water and we will charge you up to 30% for the privilege. WHAT SANE PERSON WOULD SIGN A CONTRACT KNOWING THOSE DETAILS.

I also found out that they did not supply the water as claimed. When I contacted Southern Water I found that all Flow2 had done was to change the address on my Southern Water account to theirs in Warrington and set up a direct debit to Southern Water. When I contacted Southern Water (or Business Stream as at had become) they changed all the details back to mine.

As luck had it my business had effectively closed down in late 2017 and we had used very little water for several months but Flow2 had continued paying Business Stream with the result that the account ended up being in credit. I was lucky.

I quoted the Customer Rights Act 2015 to them which effectively meant that Flow2's contract was worthless and they had no legal position. We came to a deal in 2018 wherein all the management charges were cancelled. I actually repaid them some money. Unbelievably they continued to send me monthly invoices for two or three more months.

I have reported them to Trading Standards. I can't believe that they are still trading. I suspect that there are some organisations who have no knowledge of and wouldn't care even if they knew that they are paying this rip off management charge.

Just to add insult to injury their accounts for the year ending July 2018 shows an increase on retained earnings on the previous year by a massive £722,275. That is some profit for acting as a middle man, especially with an average of just 3 employees.

Like other companies regretting their…

Like other companies regretting their move to flow 2, I too have been a victim of theft. Flow 2 have systematically stolen and swindled money from my business even when I had changed suppliers. In my estimation this company is profiting by criminal means and should be prosecuted.

This company is a disgrace

This company is a disgrace – if there had been a no star option I would have gone for it.

We are a small hotel company with three hotels. As required by the government we transferred from Thames Water and Anglia in February 2017 to a third party - Flow 2 Ltd.
Flow2 promised a reduction in costs for water and its supply. Our charges have risen astronomically since leaving ThamesWater and they have clearly contravened the terms of our agreements with regard to the promised issuing of Legally Binding Confirmation Letters, Statements and the maximum 30% of water charges cap on service charges. We have also not received the 30 days’ notice of price changes as promised in the agreement.

As an example in one of our hotels, during the first 2 years of the contract the number of statements received has been one despite frequent requests. Flow 2’s agreement clearly states that an annual statement will be sent and up to four statements can be requested in any 12 month period.

In 2018 the water service charge as a % of aggregate water charges has risen to 90.6% clearly contravening the maximum 30% cap in the agreement.

Despite our sending photographic evidence of meter readings Flow 2 have ignored the actual readings and failed to repay the overpayments taken by direct debit.

The pro-rata annual water charges costs through Flow 2 are running at almost double the charges paid to Thames Water in 2016.

The other two hotels have been treated similarly.

Our actual meter readings and applying the maximum 30% capping of fixed charges for all three accounts demonstrate that despite reclaiming £18K we are still owed over £12K across the three accounts. We have cancelled our direct debit arrangement with Flow 2 and wish to transfer the business as soon as we receive payment of the overpayments.
