For bunch flower that died just over week later , needless to say i will not be using the shop again.

Easy to order; delivered quickly and more importantly when agreed - and a very happy customer

I put this order through on February 9th as the funeral was on the 14th I was then told by a family member that the flower had not been delivered on the 13th as arranged in the message, so I then phoned the flower shop to be told they have not got the order as I paid through paypal I gave the shop the ID number and payment number they had to look for this order I then received a phone call 30 mins later saying they had found it and promised to make the wreath that night and deliver the next morning as the funeral was at 11 am as they did but I did not need the stress caused by their neglect caused this was my brothers funeral which was bad enough without all the stress added but I have to say the wreath was beautiful but I think they could have upgraded the size as an apology for all the problems caused but nothing was offered
