Terrible flowers weren’t delivered..ni refund just another delivery date that isn’t convenient. Birthday surprise ruined.

Bouquet delivered same day as…

Bouquet delivered same day as requested. I would say the delivered flowers didn't really look much like those shown, and as ordered, on the website. Hopefully it proved to be value for money and the recipient was very happy with flowers received.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to learn of the disappointment you have experienced in sending flowers.

We do operate a substitutions policy, where our florists are allowed to make minor changes to the bouquets that we deliver in order to ensure deliveries are made on the requested dates. Of course, we would still expect the flowers to be within the same style, colour, quality and value as those chosen on the website.

Thank you for your feedback on the product received. We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the flowers.

The bouquet ordered is one of our boxed bouquets, delivered in bud to ensure its freshness and protection on the journey with the courier. After a couple of days in water, with freshly cut stems and flower food, we would expect the flowers to bloom and resemble the advertised image.

If once the flowers have bloomed, the bouquet still does not resemble the advertised image on our website, please kindly send us a photograph of the bouquet and our team will be more than happy to investigate this further for you.
