Poor quality

Ordered a bouquet for my Mum's birthday. Roses, carnations and alstromeria. 2 of the 5 roses were wilted on arrival. Nit impressed with the quality.

Useless

Useless, ordered flowers 6 days in advance for delivery 15th November our wedding anniversary. Its now the end of the day on the 16th and still no flowers. Sent an email and 24hrs later no reply. Unless absolutely useless customer service and company. Ruined our anniversary totally thanks for nothing

Excellent customer service

Used flowers by post to send a gift to a friend who is due out of hospital. I checked my order through my login and realised I had mistakenly sent the flowers to my own address. I called customer service and couldn’t get through so left a request for a call back as instructed on the message. I got a call back from Jasbir who was able to cancel my original order and arrange a new one over the phone. I was sent a confirmation email at 17.07 and my original order was due the next day. I was really impressed with the help Jasbir provided and will definitely be using them again. I used them on a recommendation and after receiving some carnations which lasted an age. Would definitely recommend.

The flowers arrived wilted and damaged

The flowers arrived wilted and damaged. I was told that they are in a sleeping state instead of processing a refund.
Regardless, they formed a terrible gift for my partner. Avoid.

I bought 3 different bouquets for 3…

I bought 3 different bouquets for 3 different addresses as Easter gifts. All arrived exactly on the dates requested. All 3 bouquets were as beautiful as described on the website. All 3 recipients were thrilled with their flowers.
I have bought from flowers by post. Com before and will again. I have recommended them to many friends and colleagues and they have all been delighted. Fabulous service and fabulous flowers. Simon.

Good company

Have used this company many times over the years. Always fresh flowers, always delivered on time next day. Nice selection of bouquets to meet every budget and occasion.

Couldn’t be happier.

Couldn’t be happier.
I received my order of electric blue orchids 20 stems today. They arrived on time and are so fresh and vibrant. I bought these for a special occasion and they are amazing. They are quite hard to get hold of, I only know of 2 companies that sell them. Reasonably priced too.

A brilliant company to send flowers…

A brilliant company to send flowers through. I got the address wrong and they replied immediately. They even sent the flowers earlier when the heard why I was sending it.
Postage is free too. Certainly recommend them

Fresher than fresh

The box arrived, excitedly it was opened, wow, the flowers were better than FANTASTIC.
It was as though they had been just been freshly picked and handed to me.
I have never received flowers through the post so perfect before and I would wholeheartedly recommend Flowersbypost.com

Avoid Them!

I would give this zero stars if I could. I have used this company quite frequently over the years but I will never use them again. I bought 3 different bouquets for 3 different people which were supposed to be delivered on 21st December. Luckily, one of them arrived on Christmas Eve which was her actual 50th birthday. The 2 other bouquets were ordered on 16th December with a guaranteed delivery date before Christmas as they were for Christmas presents. 3 days after Christmas, I am almost £50 out of pockets with no flowers arriving and you can't get through to talk to anyone. They just put a message on repeat even though you can hear people chatting and laughing in the background. I have sent emails, messenger messages about getting a refund but no joy. Nobody will pick up the phone and talk to you so, not only am I out of pocket but now my friends think I didn't care enough about them as the flowers haven't arrived. Shocking customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a large bunch of freesias last Wednesday, received confirmation of despatch (1st class post) the next day, however the flowers were not delivered until the following Monday (5 days) after a long, hot weekend and were, unsurprisingly, dead. There is NO contact phone number for this company! The only way to make contact is by email. The response is extremely slow and poor. They have failed to accept any liability and after one email, they have gone silent. I feel misled and cheated. My elderly mother has received a gift of dead flowers, leaving me not only sad for her but extremely disgruntled and angry and this company's attitude. They seem unwilling to make amends, despite their so-called "guarantee". DO NOT USE them! I only wish I had read the reviews before spending £35 with them. What a rip-off!

Flowers half dead on arrival

No flowers delivered

I ordered flowers for my cousin who had been ill.They were not delivered even though I had an email saying they had been dispatched.When I contacted FBP I was told my payment had not been processed.After checking with Amex the charge was on my account.I am still waiting for a refund and apology from these people.I would strongly advise anybody thinking of using this company to avoid them.

I need to update my review.As soon as they were aware of the non delivery they credited my card and emailed me to that effect on21st Nov
The same afternoon I received an email from the recipient to thank me for the flowers.Unfortunately she was going away on business for a few days so gave the flowers to her neighbour I don't understand what went wrong but I am now happy with the service.

Great value, good quality, reliable - and go the extra mile for their customers!

We love Flowersbypost.com and have used their services time and again. The products are great value, delivery is totally reliable and the flowers are always of a wonderful quality, with a lovely seasonal selection on offer.

Most recently, we sent some flowers to our 12-year-old niece for her performance in a show, but when they didn't arrive we discovered we had got her address wrong! Flowersbypost.com sprang into action to replace the flowers for us, even though the fault was with us. They included our original card and some extra foliage, and the flowers arrived quickly afterwards - a full, brightly coloured bouquet that delighted our niece. Thanks again team! We'll be back again soon.
