Stay away at all costs

Stay away at all costs! Ordered what is supposed to be a luxury bouquet for £80 from their website, but what we got is the equivalent of Sainsbury's flowers. As you can see from the website, there is no email address provided for complaints or to send photos. When I called the number, someone answered, but requested pictures. However, any email that comes from this company is a no-reply email, so no way to send pictures. Basically a scam in my opinion.
