Even though I could not provide the recipient's phone number, and then the address turned out to be out of date (!), they tried again and got the flowers delivered. I appreciated their determination!

I met a Ukrainian woman online back in July 2021. She and have conversed almost two or three times a week. As I wanted to show my care and appreciation for her, I ordered a beautiful bouquet of dozen roses and in a glass vase. Not knowing her physical address only her phone, the Flowers to Ukraine delivered them to the right person and one day earlier because I had erroneously entered the wrong delivery date.

Exceptional service..achieved the delivery in perfect timing and with me able to provide only the smallest piece of contact data
Delivery Courier even took a photo of the Recipient with the gift in her apartment..which she sent to me by email last night

As usual Flowerstoukraine went above and beyond the call of duty. I only realized that morning that it was my friend/s Angel Day and wanted to get some roses to her as soon as possible. I placed my order through Katherine in Customer Service using the Chat Feature on the site because there was so little time to get the flowers to my friend in time. The company made this special effort to get a bouquet of roses to my friend in time before her Angel Day was over. I have used Flowerstoukraine more than a dozen times over the years and each time they have never disappointed.

Great experience! Substitution was made due to my unavailability but they checked with me first, very competently done.

Lovely to deal with and the gift flower basket and rose were beautiful. Delivered exactly when they said they would be. Would definitely use again and recommend.

This company was new to me but I used it because one of my Ukrainian colleagues recommended it. I had great experience ordering a romantic gift for my girlfriend who is from Lviv. She was very excited about the surprise and told me everything was excellent quality. I will definitely use them again next time I need to send something to Ukraine.
