My insurance company Liverpool Victoria contracted innovation group to deal with my subsidence claim. Innovation Group also subcontracted flowfinity to change and repair some of the damage drains. flowfinity guys didn't connect the drain behind my kitchen properly causing gallons of soapy water from our washing machine and sink go into the walls which has caused green
discolouration of the bricks. About 300 litres of water went into the walls as I didn't know the drain was just shoved in and not connected. Besides, they didn't even plaster the the ground and left used gloves scattered in my back garden. I heard there are a lot of reports about them regarding their bad job. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM FLOWFINITY

Didn’t show up when meant to on Saturday, waited in all day which was meant to be a 10am to 12pm call out and I kept on having to call to find out updates, eventually the engineer got back to me at half 5 to say he would be with me soon he was just stuck on a job near me however he never showed or answered any calls. I eventually heard back at 8pm from the company to say they were struggling to hear from engineer and that was the last I heard from them. When I wrote a review on their Facebook it got deleted.
