The plattform is not good there are a lot of video recorded. there is a one-per-week video online with a teacher but is not so well . There is a place where you can unpload your writting but the time they proposed was unwilling for me. I paid for the material the last year and I want to back to check and now I dont have access...
I've been enjoying the services in Fluently. I learnt the IELTS examiners' point of view for scoring here, which was effective for me to get my target band score in a short term. I particularly love the daily live session with an ex-examiner, in which any English/Exam questions can be answered. I honestly think it provides quality service much more than its cost. It's definitely worth try for anyone aiming for a higher band score.
I really like the service great value no issue, I don't understand the complains below they pay 50 dollars and expect a private teacher or what? I am happy with what they offer but i am capable of reading and watching tutorials that's called indepentent study xD
Don't buy this course. While this course nit good for IELTS. The never give your money back and they are thieves.
If I can I would not even give one star! They are frauds! Their website if full of deceive! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not believe them, I wish anyone purchasing on their website can see this message first.
I paid 49 dollars plus 9 dollars for extra vocabularies, as I got my study packs, I saw three categories, I opened each one of them and they were awful! The class videos were low on quality, and the teacher was speaking super fast with an accent, this is not friendly for people who doesn’t speak very well English because You can understand what the teacher is saying, I could not get what he was saying at all. I was very disappointed and the other two categories were not systematic. I’ve used other platforms to learn English. This is the not professionally made. So I contacted the costumer service and asked for a refund as they guaranteed on their front page- “if you don’t like our packs we offer 100% refund.” But they said I’ve used their learning packs and can’t refund. so I explained I didn’t use any of them I just looked inside the packs, how would I know if I like it or not if I don’t even look inside. But they still says they can’t give me the refund. I asked if I can comment on the front page because all their “positive comments” and “100% customer satisfaction” are all fake! And they said they can’t let me do that!
So if anyone can see this review please don’t be deceived by them, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
