Zodiac Alpha iQ robot purchased in August 2021, used seasonally only (secondary residence). It was working normally at the end of last season. After winter storage, it developed a fault in the electronic control board — an issue documented as recurring across this product range. Fluidra refused replacement, citing normal mechanical wear linked to “6 years of use” (the unit is actually 5 years old). Their technical report never addresses the electronic component that was the actual subject of the complaint. I received no satisfactory response after several rounds of correspondence. Would recommend caution before purchasing this model.

Great commercial in the media. A quote was given, deposit paid, the remaining paid as agreed. Two weeks later i get a new invoice : plus minus R 1.000 less to pay.
As I paid the quote i ask to reimburse me (dd. 1812.2025.) Since then not a word. How you call this ? th..t ?
