The owner of this site is a scammer. A developer integrated YouCan Pay API into this website so that he can collect payments in Morroco. After completing the integration, he blocked his access to the backend and cpanel of the website without paying. Someone who doesn't pay those that did work for him will probably run away with your money. If you need virtual dollar card which is what he sells, look for another alternative or visit getbarter.me to get virtual cards at a better rate. He is just a reseller ripping people off. Flutterwave can ban him anytime because he's operating a cheap knockoff version to prey on those that don't know how to get a virtual card. Put money here at your own risk.
