The best experience in my Life 😀

I have paid a ticket to be able to take my feet out and they have put me in the middle of two huge people, I have not enjoyed
They also made me pay a surcharge of $75 each for being late when I had warned that I was late and the train was in the middle without being able to cross

Staff was absolutely amazing and sweet. Experience was wayyy above a 10/10. Our pilot Bianca was fantastic and took us smoothly for such stunning views. Definitely recommend this experience to everyone coming to NYC!

We booked the flight specifically to experience the sunset, but at the scheduled time the company was unable to get permission for takeoff, and we were forced to switch to a night flight instead. Even though the night flight is more expensive, we had intentionally chosen the sunset experience, and the company did not offer any compromise or compensation, such as a discount or additional flight time. Because of the way the situation was handled, I would never recommend this company to friends or family.

All staff were amazing and friendly. We were so paranoid about getting there late we were super early and they got us on an earlier flight. The process, kitting up and stuff was all really good. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was I paid for the shoe selfie seats (so not a cheap trip out). I got given a seat that was supposed to be a 45 degree shoe selfie rather than 90 degrees. Don’t accept it, you’ve paid for nothing. It’s a terrible seat and you won’t get the experience. I argued at the helicopter (they don’t set the seating the office does). Luckily they swapped me, weird as weighed same as the person I swapped with and they hadn’t paid the extra. So basically paying isn’t a ‘guarantee’. Felt conned by that but worked out in the end. Flight and views are amazing and to be honest with the wind as you’re flying it’s quite hard to stick your legs out anyway!!!

Incredibly kind staff, we felt secure because of the safety demostration that was a really important part since we chose the doors-off. Our pilot was a pro!

Absolutely amazing!! I surprised my mum for mother’s day and it was the most memorable experience, highly recommend. The staff made it even better they were so kind, shout out to Jorge and the rest of the team, our pilot was also awesome!!

We were a little skeptical about reviews before we committed but as with anything in this world, if you follow the rules things usually work out for the best! And with that said we followed what was asked of us to arrive on time and everything went great! From the staff to the pilot to the promised experience! We give it a 10!!! Highly recommend this experience!

The view the team the experience all together was greattt!!!

The flight was very quick and technically wasn't the 16 minutes to be.
I sat next to the pilot and couldn't take a picture with my feet sticking out above a tourist attraction.

I recommend not flying when it's very windy, as the flight becomes slightly unstable.

The flight with flynyon was great!
I can only recommend it!
Everything worked out well, from organization, security and execution.
