I was charged but no ticket issues
I was charged for the ticket and but no ticket was issued as their system froze after transaction. This is my third time chatting with them and they keep redirecting me to the bot. The bot keeps redirecting to live agent. Pathetic service.

No customer service and horrendous luggage policy. I would definitely say to avoid Pegasus Airlines at all costs, it's not worth the time or money. I would also suggest that a journalist look into whether or not some of PAs practices/procedures are even legal or meet international standards.
Pegasus Airlines
My experience with Pegasus Airlines was unfortunately very bad. My flight from Ankara to Muscat with a layover in Istanbul was delayed for more than 9 hours. Despite such a long delay, passengers were not given clear or sufficient information.
During the waiting time, the organization was very poor and the attitude toward passengers was not professional. This was extremely disappointing.
As a traveler, I expect at least proper communication and respectful service, especially during long delays. Unfortunately, on this flight I did not see any commitment to punctuality or customer satisfaction.
After this experience, I would seriously reconsider flying with Pegasus Airlines again. I hope the company improves its service quality and the way it treats passengers in the future.

I reserved a flight and on the day of flight I was informed that my flight was cancelled. I had the boarding passes with me but since I was told that my flight is cancelled, I had no option but to opt from one of the choices that they provided. Later on, when checking from flight tracker, I found out that my flight was active actually and they lied and then there was no reasonable support.
Terrible transit experience with Pegasus
I had a very frustrating experience with Pegasus Airlines during a transit at Sabiha Gökçen Airport in Istanbul.
We were flying from Chisinau to Basel with a connection in Istanbul. When we arrived, my wife was denied boarding for the connecting flight because of visa-related issues. While this situation itself is already stressful, the way Pegasus staff handled it made everything much worse.
Pegasus staff told us to wait near their counter so that airport police could come and cancel the transit procedure and allow us to leave the airport. We followed their instructions and waited there for almost four hours.
During that time we received almost no clear information. Every time we asked staff what was happening, we were simply told to “wait” because the police would come. No one explained anything properly and no one seemed to take responsibility.
The most frustrating part is what happened at the end. After hours of waiting, a Pegasus staff member simply escorted us downstairs, opened the elevator and the exit door, and we were able to leave the airport immediately. No police were needed at all.
This means we were kept waiting for hours for something that apparently was not even necessary.
Situations like this are already stressful for passengers, and the lack of communication and organization from Pegasus made it much worse.

I wish I could give zero stars
I wish I could give zero stars. No customer support, no response, a pathetic AI chatbox, changing flight times randomly for tickets booked in advance, don't give refund even though they change my whole itinerary so I can't book with a different airline. Charging me 350 euros PENALTY for what? The airplane itself,management, timeliness, staff are also extremely pathetic. I am going to sue this airline.

Shockingly bad customer service
Shockingly bad customer service. I purchased a ticket and the transaction was rejected. Worse is that it is with great difficulty I am still trying to get a refund for a service I paid for yet never received. The agent I spoke with seemed to believe GDPR was involved. Data protection is not relevant being as I was the payee and no ticket was ever issued. Please refund me for a service I never received Pegasus. You should train your customer service staff to understand basic rules and common sense. I paid for something. You didn’t provide it. Give me my money back. Simple. Utterly woeful.

Recently had a flight with them - got my baggage back with a broken in half frame. I documented the damage at the arrival airport, took pictures, and contacted the support team. The communication is terrible, with operators taking forever to respond and asking the same questions over and over again. As required by the pegasus team, I provided them with a link to the exact same baggage - a link to an official website of the producer. They offered me less than half a price for the baggage that can’t even be repaired. I complained again. In their email they specified that they will only review their offer if I provide them with a valid invoice. I bought this baggage years ago, I don’t have an invoice! Never flying with them again.

I’ve had the great misfortune of flying with Pegasus airlines several times. I’m writing this review so you don’t make the same mistake I did.
On repeated occasions I have experienced delays/cancellation with Pegasus. The information comes too late to be of any use, in fragments, or not at all! Good luck figuring out your next steps if you’re stranded in a foreign country after your flight was cancelled. It’s not like the employees are going to help you.
The disruptions don’t seem to be the exception, but a part of their business model. At the gate, complete strangers were sharing their own horror stories, some with photo evidence. It seems to be a pattern with Pegasus that practical burden shifts quickly and quietly onto the passenger. You are the one rearranging plans, absorbing extra costs, and managing the stress of meeting requirements that are unclear, impractical, or seemingly impossible to fulfill — often with minimal guidance.
Every trip with this airline has felt like a game of chance – and the house always wins.
Customer service deserves its own chapter. The often unfriendly, incompetent and/or rude staff is just the cherry on top in an already very stressful situation. Getting a hold of someone who can actually assist you feels like winning the lottery. And when you finally do, you’re made to feel like an annoying inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Even if you’ve lost two connecting flights, important commitments and additional expenses incurred. The lack of ownership is staggering. Responsibility seems to vanish into thin air the moment an issue arises. It’s like talking to a wall, and not the representatives of an airline. At least the wall doesn’t double charge you for the luggage and require you to fight for reimbursement afterward.
You’re left delayed, stressed out, financially impacted, and resentful for choosing Pegasus again.
My repeated experience with Pegasus Airlines have been completely exhausting. At this point I would rather sell my body so I can afford flying with a different company.
Do not choose this airline if you have any other option.

I was illegally fined €50 by employee for allegedly oversized luggage, but she did not check the size of my bag, there were no metal racks on site where we usually put our bags for inspection. Also, my passport was DETENTIONED without explanation why and illegally. I was also threatened that I would not get on the plane.Also, let me add the feeling of stress when I heard the words…give me your passport, you won’t fly today and stand there. I have never been arrested before, but I guess that’s how a person feels when their international identity document is withheld and they order them to stand there. I didn’t say I wouldn’t pay, I didn’t act hostile, but I wanted to know why I was being fined by an officer who didn’t even introduce himself.

This company is like a ghost. Nobody answers . No information about cancelled flights . The chat bot doesn't work. Calling them and a robot speaks Turkish for 3 minutes then they just end the call. No answers.
Pegasus Airlines online ticket purchase + online check-in .
I would like to give a review specifically on Pegasus website regarding online ticket purchase and check-in. Absolutely treacherous. Its kinda like going to Egypt and receiving offers from street vendors (hello my friend, just for you best price! .. etc.) (constant extra deals and ads) that you cannot avoid nor get rid of. Ryanair gives you offers for upgrading and weight and so on as well, but it doesnt bombard you in the way this airline does. Truly making it difficult to complete a ticket purchase. Also for online check-ins when i tried to check-in myself via my phone i COULD NOT do it WITHOUT purchasing for extra weight allowance... then i tried it on my computer and there it was possible. So i almost had to pay for extra weight i didnt want (30e + for one passenger). Point is their website truly adds extra stress that nobody needs and if youre not careful that means additional costs.
Price Scamming…
The payment page doesn't redirect you to the payment stage, and then a 1 one minute later they sell me the same flight for 50 Euros more. It's a scam company; avoid using them if possible.
