I’ve been dealing with these people for the last couple of weeks about an overdue payment well over two months old my last phone call with them they didn’t hear a word I had to say and hung up on me this is very very unprofessional demanding name birthdates and address disgusting the way they have dealt with this situation I highly recommend staying clear there is clearly too many chiefs in this situation and as far as doing any work for people that have this insurance we will not be doing it absolutely disgusting the way they treat people

Had to call the call centre which I often dread due to long wait times, being placed on hold and not understanding what the person is even saying. Well, what a great experience I had talking with SARAH from FMG. She was super friendly, helpful and patient with clear communication. She knew her stuff and the call was complete very quickly. I hope I get to speak with her next time.
