Perfect services
Perfect services. They come and get you at the airport. They explain everything correctly. Price is low, deposit is 200€, which is low too. They speak English. No insurance (except if you go to Bulgaria) and no bad surprises at all. Everything is included. I recommend them.

The booking went smoothly with extra options like no cleaning when returned, tolls payments already done, etc.
They gave us a better car than we had booked.

Great customer service
Great customer service. They were on time both directions. Told me ahead they charged me for car wash (9 euro). Very strict car check up, low deposit. Car almost new, they called me before to let me know if ok to have different model. Honest company and people. I will rent there again

Experience was overall positive
Experience was overall positive; for the money it's the best I have seen.
For me at least, the booking was a two step process - final confirmation came in an email some hours after I booked online. Not a problem unless you book at the last moment, when you might want instant confirmation.
The car was in a very good technical state, although somewhat high mileage. Actual waiting time at the airport was minimal, a lot faster than my other experiences. Overall I can only recommend them.
