I was talked through the different options when i contacted The Foam Shop as i hadn't had a memory foam mattress on my boat before. I opted for a fitted cover as well, this is so well made and better than anything you could buy of the shelf. The mattress was cut from my template (complex) it fits to the mm & is as so comfy. Great product, expected the foam to be posted folded and ruined but no, the product came to me in a big box nice and flat no creases.

TERRIBLE and rude customer service! I tried to cancel my order within a few hours of placing it and it was impossible to speak to anyone. When I finally spoke to someone they refused to cancel the order and offered me a partial refund instead. The foam inserts were a made to measure product but there is no way these would have been made wihin the time frame between order and contact. I was very unhappy with the attitude of the person I spoke to and the outcome. I would NOT recommend this company and felt very upset by the whole experience.

I had a fantastic experience. Mark was very helpful anytime I phoned and they even managed to push my order through quickly for an upcoming trip. The bespoke mattress I ordered for my van conversion has been perfect. The V38 Firm Foam with 1"memory foam is very comfortable as someone who likes a Firmer mattress. I will certainly be ordering again for my seat cushions.

The product was great and met all our expectations but the order wasnt delivered until the day before we left and we didn’t have time to make the covers. We sent bespoke templates with our order and plenty of time to complete it but they didn’t respond to our emails and it was difficult getting through by phone. When we did get through they realised they HAD received the templates and pulled the stops out to get the order to us. Sometimes things like this happen.

I placed an order on 4th May had nothing since.
I have rang the sales number that just goes to answer machine.
Rang customer service and the same an answer machine left messages on both NO RESPONCE.
Customer service is no excitant. no responce from email either........buy from somewhere else!!!!

Good communication, arrived maybe 1 week later.

I ordered 4 to make up 2 seats that become a bed in my custom campervan. I am more than happy with them, they are comfy, well made and a perfect size.

Really pleased with the Tri foam mattress for my pop top roof. Took a little longer to arrive than expected, but very happy with the product.
