Simple transaction
I ordered some new bearings and they came in good time. Good selection of items. Not at first obvious where the bearings are listed, but found them one menu in. The website seemed to take some time to process the order but it may have been my connection.

Being somebody who is very particular about what I skate, I ask questions. Sometimes lots of questions. And, even though I'm in my mid-40s, it never gets easier. Running a skate shop can't be easy, and dealing with customer queries must add to an already heavy-duty to-do-list. So when Graham responded swiftly and enthusiastically to my emails it made all the difference. What's more they shipped within minutes of placing my order. Rad products and seriously rad dude. Super happy to support the shop.

Epic service
Epic service! Ordered my items whilst watching The Nine Club and chilling…then it dawned on me that I did not have The Flare in DVD. Did a simple Google and BOOM! Focus had it in stock, I snapped that puppy up quick time! I even treated myself to some shades as I was so enamoured with the Focus website, solid gold styles!
All items arrived the very next day and were well and included some stickers which are always welcome…
