Outstanding service and super speedy delivery!

Ordered a skateboard (very well priced) and some accessories and received an email this next day to say the wheels we had chosen were no longer in stock, would we mind being upgraded at no extra cost - wow!

Confirmed this would be ok and the next day the board etc, arrived (it was not due to be delivered until the Monday) My son was delighted to find stickers and skate mags included in the parcel.

Great company to buy from and we will definitely be using them again, A* experience.

Received confirmation from C/S for size changed at Monday morning 07:50am and parcel arrived home Tuesday noon by DPD

after being lucky enough to win a pair of SB dunks in my size, I had many questions about how the system worked for them, and all of the staff members I ended up talking to through phone and email all extremely helpful and polite, best customer service experience I have had in awhile, on top of this the delivery was very fast (2 days) and the box came in perfect condition
