Another * near the rest of 67% on trustpilot... I bought a pretty expe sive handbag and after about a month, the leather broke in multiple places along the sewings. The sewings being too close together, weakenes the leather - rookie mistake. The bag is beyound repair or use. Goodbye 300€.
I try to order a pair of earrings I saw online in their website, for my birthday on 22.12.21. Luckily I didn't process with the payment, as I thought to email them when is the delivery time. The email they provide online returned as undelivered and not exist. I also communicated through their online form in "contact us" nobody has replied. If this company is under administration or is closed why do they keep their online shop and they do advertise their jewelry? Luckily I didn't send my money otherwise I would suffer a loss. Somebody has to take care of this situation and protect innocent buyers. Thank you
On 14 December my husband and I visited the folli follie store in chadstone and we were served by two ladies (Milly & Zipei) who absolutely outdone themselves with the customer service. They were very lovely and made our shopping experience one to remember. This type of customer service is what makes anyone go back to the same shop over and over. We will continue to shop with you.
I bought two rings for my daughter, they fit and she didn't like them. I returned them for a full refund as is their policy. The manageress wanted me to accept a voucher I didn't want.im appalled that this has happened with such a prestigious company. Why are the staff not following their policy as advertised?
