Dealt with 3 different male employees at Fone Care, Olrig St, Thurso: none smiled, barely spoke, and said the problem was with my sim not their device. After lengthy tests with sim company, it was clear the device was at fault. Fone Care refused a refund even tho it was within 30 day legal time and I had receipt.
