KEPT WELL INFORMED. STAFF WAS EXCELLENT COULDNT BE MORE HELPFUL. WE HAD A SWIM SPA FROM THEM , UWAIS SALESMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL JAIDENE IN THE OFFICE ANSWERED ALL MY ISSUES QUESTIONS AND CARL AND ARRAN, THE TECHNICIANS, I CANT THANK ENOUGH . ALL STAFF HAVE BEEN GREAT HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Delivery, install and courteous technicians, excellent overall. It is my 2nd Passion spa. The first identical model was from a different company at my house in Spain, where it is 20% cheaper. Able to negotiate. Small problem with lights post install, attended immediately.

Just had a 1 person Fonteyn infrared sauna installed and already I love it. As soon as I got there Harry took me round to show me what was available and also allowed me to test it. He also delivered and installed it for me as DIY is not my forte. Only used it once as only just arrived but it has exceeded my expectations, the heat it generates is unbelievable, I was sweating uncontrollably within 10 minutes. Fantastic service from Harry and a superb product, considering what I paid its also excellent value for money compared to what else is out there.

Positive experience with sales advisor Christian. He took all the time needed to explain the Jacuzzi details in a positive and patient manner... It felt good that there was no sales rush… very positive experience, finally my wife got a nice bouquet with flowers as dessert ;) Thanks for the proper customer service and we are looking forward to enjoy our freshly purchased SPA soon!

The outlet is impressive and massive, yet, despite the feeling of walking through a maze of beautiful things to buy, everything is clearly explained.

The service is outstanding, and the staff are constantly ensuring to provide a positive experience, without the feeling of pestering the client.

I was a little indecisive over which spa to go for, (so many different models to choose from, and of course budget) but ultimately, with the professional help of Christian, (and after allowing me sufficient time alone to think about it), he managed to secure a good deal for me, and so i opted for the Divine Spa Miracle (Black Diamond). Thanks Chris!!. excellent sales person

The overall experience and handling of customers, offering tea, coffee and chocolates, adds that sweet touch :).... definitely recommended and will return sooner then expected..... for some spa surrounding furniture.....(i'll be back Chris)

By the way did i mention that they will also deliver it to Malta... that's customer service, and worth every euro...

Went to Fonteyn with my family. It’s a huge showroom so well organised and very inspiring . I was well helped by Ahmed who has a lot of knowledge :)

Delivery of the hot tub. Everything went well. Then connection and commissioning. "Blower" doesn't work. After a short contact with the service, the problem could be solved by themselves. A hose was not screwed on to avoid transport damage.

I have the passion spa pleasure model (Fonteyne). We love our spa, it has the wifi remote control function with Balboa, great capacity and UV germinicidal filter which enables to run it with low cholorine levels. What is most notable about my review has been the after market care. Be it whatever component needs replacing (jet, loud speaker, head rests through to the consumables like UV lamps) the UK team (Darren and Rod) have been 5* in helping me identify the correct part and keep my tub as serviceable and great as the day it arrive. Parts are reasonable priced and dispatched very quickly. All tubs face wear and tear. I am extremely pleased we have this model and when its time to upgrade, I know where I will come back to.

went to pick up the Jacuzzi Miracle that I bought from Ahmed who been very helpful, showed us around and gave us his honest opinion. The jacuzzi had already been tested, checked and well wrapped. everything went perfect. It’s now in our garden and we are enjoying it very much. Thanks Ahmed

This company is one of the most unprofessional outlets we've had the misfortune to come across.
When you order a very expensive, luxury piece of equipment - for relaxation purposes - you don't expect this kind of shoddy, cowboy esk service.
- they despatched a sauna to us, missing the whole of the top panel.
- they did not package this panel correctly onto the pallet, the delivery company complained that they didn't follow the pallet wrapping protocol.
- when we contacted the company to enquire about where the roof was, when we would get it - nothing. No communication. Lots of "I'll get back to you" but no one actually doing anything.
- 6 WEEKS+ it took, for the roof to eventually come. Multiple times they told us the roof would be with them on x date.... and then it never came, and we wouldn't receive an update. All the while, our money is sat in their bank account and a half built sauna is taking up space in our house
- Then, the roof comes... its damaged. Warped and squashed in the corner. No apologies, no effort at genuinely putting things right, they just blame the delivery company for damaging it, yet we are wondering why their packaging is so poor.
- At this point, I email the head office in the netherlands. No reply from them, they don't care either.

We agreed to keep the slightly damaged roof if they would refund our £180 shipping cost. They agreed.

GUESS WHAT - NO REFUND.

We eventually had to invoke section 75 on the credit card, to deal with this disgusting company. And low and behold, they managed to refund our £180 the very same day, like magic.

This company is run by incompetent, lazy, uncaring cowboys. They don't check their incoming stock for completeness or damage, they don't check their outgoing stock for completeness or damage, they don't package their goods well enough for a safe delivery, and they have zero customer service skills. No communication, no apologies, no compensation for the stress and the hassle.

If you want to treat yourself to a relaxing sauna or hot tub - do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
