Very cheap and dangerous sbuild

Very cheap build. Brand new bikes rust very quickly then they try not to honour the warranty due to corrosion.

Staff are incredibly rude and the bikes will often shut down randomly while commuting. It can be very dangerous on highway. Don't trust this brand

Can't rely on the hardware or the after-sales support. The bike seems to be built with very poor quality components and it's been unreliable. The service is no better and the owner has some serious attitude - I found her to be very condescending and rude. The marketing has always been misleading. I bought one of the original models when they claimed to offer an electric bike with no compromise on performance. I haven't come across another scooter yet who hasn't been able to smoke me at the lights. That claim was absolute crap. They now claim $1 per week to run it which was the same claim they used on the model I bought with a battery half the size, much slower performance and back when power prices were considerably lower! I'm upgrading to the Vespa Electrica when it comes to Australia.
