Cardiff food festival. AWFUL Event, management failed to let a 10 year old who had a disability enter through a back entrance. Instead forced him to be carried by family around to the front in the pouring rain; when dozens of people were walking in and out through the entrance but the boy refused to be allowed. Security and Steward wanted to allow the child to walk through; but the manager who the staff called a bully was rude, grumpy, lack of empathy or care and simply said ‘no it was for cars’ even though lots of people walking through it. whole episode recoded via video and photos. Poor management !
Scammy company. Organisez very overhyped events with false information. i.e "carbonara festival with thousands eating together and many chefs and styles" - being a single tent with one variety of carbonara.
Overpriced medicre food asside, everyone that complained on their facebook event page was deleted and blocked.
